Do you think it’s okay if i’ve only taken one AP before senior year (human geo 💀), but I plan on taking 4 my senior year. My sat was 1500, I had “ok” ecs, and i’m applying ED and out of state.
I don't attend UVA, but to me, your SAT is very high so it might replace the need to take a bunch of AP's before senior year. Its definitely not ideal to not take AP's. but they will notice your effort to do more AP's in senior year which is definitely good and shows improvement and dedication!! Im kinda in the same boat, Im a junior and in two rn, and I will take 3 senior year hopefully its enough. Good luck!
I'm pretty sure as long as you take most of the hardest courses offered by your high school, they won't care whether how many aps you have as long as other parts of your application are strong. Good luck!
None of this takes into account in state vs out of state, which is a major decisions factor. Should’ve been contextualized from the beginning.

it’s doesn’t matter what it was senior year bc he was accepted. Senior year is very important though if you do bad they’ll take away your acceptance
