The law of attraction also speaks on when you “let it go” it comes back. Focus on the good feelings you got around that person, and say I want to feel this or better. And the law of attraction will deliver either your ex or someone more capable of helping you feel your preferred feelings. ♥️

I learned from most of my exes, they helped me learn about myself and what I need, vs what I want. The universe will not provide what you want, it will provide what you need, and much of that could be a learning experience.

He unfriended me on facebook but I knew that he would be checking me so I went out with my friends and put some photos on facebook with public. Now he tells me that he did checked my facebook account often and he was kinda sad to find out that I looked happy without him. I did tried to be happy with my life and I kept my vibrations high. I did 5 minute positive meditation, tapping meditation, 55x5, overnight water, Tesla's method and scripting every single day. I listened to affirmations to attract the specific person every night while falling asleep. I still listen to it. I affirmed myself that I will get him back or someone better than him and I will be happy with or without him. I installed Tinder to give me more options and that evening he came back when I expected the least. I hope it will help ♥

Some of the comments below about “why does anyone want their ex” I never understand this type of narrow minded mentality. Yes of course some ex’s are no good for you but...plenty of people have break ups for reasons that are not disastrous- maybe bad communication that can be fixed. Maybe family interference that went to far. There’s a whole host of reasons that sometimes lead people needing a break up before making changes for the better. If every ex is seen as a complete pile of s**t then maybe the choices being made were what’s wrong and should be looked at rather then judging others situations 🤷🏻♀️

When taking an ex back, don't ever expect it to be the same or better. 9/10 times, it's worse because everything you're insecure about will remain for a long time and trust us harder to build than with a stranger.

Hi, Susan. I like that you promote honesty and straightforwardness when it comes to communication. And I wanted to ask if you could maybe make a video on how to make it work or at least how to address problems in a relationship between avoidant and anxious partners.
And maybe just generally tips on how to change your anxious attachment style to more secure. I just don’t get what people mean sometimes behind the phrase “working on yourself”.
This is so interesting because I came to this channel to get clarity and logic that I wasn’t getting from any of the “woo-woo” advice on the other channels LOL and here you are providing the same wisdom through a metaphysical lense! You are full of surprises-love it!! BTW, the very day after I cut the last karmic cord to my love interest and cleared the energy field, a new and improved version sat down two seats away from me in church. We met for coffee, she is a Scorpio, touchy-feely and physically affectionate like myself, and SO easy to talk to-unlike the other person!

Sometimes we don't want to fully let go of our ex because we think we won't get better. But that's the limit abundance thinking. Or that we can change and do better but the change would be for them, and not ourselves which won't work if you want to attract them back.
He came to me twice and at both times where I felt great in my life, like everything was working out for me and I'm enjoying what life has to offer. We have broken up again though because we just grew hostile toward each other. I do want him back, with him and I changed so we can have a new relationship but it will take time to clear the muddy water between us. At the same time, I'm learning to let go and enjoy life. I believe one day he and I will meet again. And guess what? i have met a few men who give what i've always wanted from him and one particular guy who is overall a better person for me (in terms of how he treats me and cares for me). Trust the process and journey.

Well let me tell you for several years I thought about owning a house in a certain area. I thought about it, dreamed about it, talked about it. I would go visit the area and spend the afternoon there. It was near the lake so I would spend the time at the park in that area. I would speak out "one day I will live here ". My husband at first didn't want any part of it. But I was relentless in my desire to move there. Well guess where I live and have lived for the past 18 yrs. Yep right where I wanted to be. Plus my husband loved the place till the day he died. So its no joke.

I have a question. Is letting go and moving on different from one each other? Like you want them to come back so you move on in order for them to come back?
I really enjoy the way you speak about these issues. Maybe I can get some advice from you. My woman (Kaitlin) who I really do love suddenly after 6 years and the birth of our daughter isn't interested in me anymore. We have always been happy and personally I have always thought she was the one for me and I still am crazy about her! It doesn't seem any of these videos I have seen consider a child. This guy still likes her but he’s toxic and so she but he had a girlfriend and she out of sudden she started saying “omg I miss him so much” etc and then she took it away from her (her ex also loves her and till now he seems really hurt but he’s toxic and he has fought some of my best friend’s ex boyfriends just bcs they were dating ) and she took him away from her and now they broke up they have done that so many times
I’m still in love with my ex...it’s been about 2 weeks since the break up. Worst 2 weeks of my life. We were together for 6 years, even lived together. My home no longer feels like home. Are you not supposed to tell your ex you’re still in love with them? (I was the one I got broken up with) ... I regret my mistakes sooo much! Crazy thing is that my ex wants to remain in my life as friends and keeps reminding me she’ll always be there if I need anything. Susan, I have two questions about LoA.
1. How do you "let go" of your ex to stop the energy leakage and start a new vibe? Because it's essentially the same thing; you are still thinking about the same ex, whether you want him/her back or visualize what you want to happen. In another video you posted (why they can't come back), you said: "They come back when you don't think about them and when you don't care." So if you start visualizing about your ex coming back (or already came back), you're thinking and caring for your ex again.
2. If you use LoA to lure your ex back doesn't that violate the free will of your ex?

Maybe sending healing vibrations in between both of you and if the healings right and the other person does feel the same then it can rekindle?
They will only respond if they're of the same mind. So there's no violation. But to be totally clean, imagine your ex or someone better. That opens the door

Absolutely. Abraham Hicks has great videos just about this topic. Now focus on the positive aspects of the person who was e.g. 90% right, do not focus on what was missing, because you will attract the missing part again. The next person will be more than a 90% match, maybe even 100%.
