I LOVE how this isn't Chinese Malaysian fried kuew teow but is the "Indian Malaysian Fried Kuew Teow" that you find at indian shops. Both are great and unique in their own way and it's great that Amma can show that diversity through her cooking. Amma is really doing her part in showcasing Malaysian Indian food and how it's unique. We need to have Rajini do a food tour of all of Amma's cooking 🤣
