The products she mentions in her videos, affiliate or not are safe to use. Plus the lady tells you the products for what kind of skin type and complexion before she mentions it.
So pick which one that fits you, there are thousands of us she's talking to with different complexion and skin type. So expect diversity in her videos.
I mean, what work for her may not work for you also its good to have other products you use so your body get to accustomed to one item. Try experimenting with all the products she shows n see what u like best.

I'm using the pears oil and it's good. Please, can fair skin complexion make use of the palmers cocoa oil and dove scrub. I have oily skin and I'm using white and lovely body lotion and Hawaii carrot soap.
