Sadza is staple food in Zimbabwe where Sandra is originally from. It’s cooked mainly on the hob but I had a few too many disasters with that technique and found the microwave technique easier and quicker plus a lot less washing up afterwards! We enjoy this dish quite regularly in our household with different types of sauces. In this video I’m showing you how I make microwave sadza and served it with peanut butter Kale and hunters chicken.....delicious!
