- This is my top of cracks from my videos made in 2020/19 (mostly in 2020). Some of the cracks I took from the videos that I haven't even uploaded. I tried to be acсurate creating the top, though I know some of you won't agree with it, so I ask you to tell me in the comments where do you disagree with me. Just interesting. In this video you can find neck cracks, back cracks, ear, shoulder blades and finger cracks. Happy New year and Merry Christmas!

0:57 My favorite dude. Silence is usually best for ASMR, but his talking was calming. Plus, it was nice to see his tip to avoid the dangerous style neck cracking we see so often.
Licensed chiropractors crack necks the same way other people were, but they obviously don't correctly therefore having a license
@@ricky_312 He's saying don't self crack like that, and for good reason. Chiropractors know how to do that, and barbers who know to have the client relax are fine.
There's an artery that runs down the front of your neck on either side that you can accidentally rip off, which can cause strokes amongst other health issues.

@@coreypalandra7020 No luck. I looked for it right after I posted my original comment. I believe it was cut out of one of the two previous videos he did with this person. Kind of a shame since there's likely a bit more that is not included.

I remember getting a chiropractor appointement and a haircut (and eyebrow trimming) on the same day sometime in January of 2011. I was so energyzed that day that I started running regularly in April.

А когда-то я начинал смотреть "АСМР зашло слишком далеко" на другом канале Тимура. И кто бы мог подумать, что спустя время АСМР зайдет настолько далеко) Топ2 - мне тоже очень зашло! Если не считать самохруст, то это топ1 для меня! Топ6 классно, чувак чувствует то, что он делает. А не так, как другие, чуть шею не свернули) С наступающим!
Это конечно моё предположение, но я думаю кто так снимает напряжения с себя к старости развалится от боли в костях

As a chiropractor who has trained for 10+ years I can say alot of these are extremely unsafe and potentially life threatening you also do not need your neck cracked this many times per year as it can damage the muscles and tendons in your neck and back 1 to 2 adjustment per session to the neck is max then maybe 2 next month
