There’s a setting on TH-cam that maybe you could try to slow down the speed to practice it :)
Like learning English, you have to learn lots of accents. Slow it down to 0.75, and watch over and over until understand it. That's what I do.
also use the subtitles, i use the hanzi, but if you can't read that, read the pinyin
