I LOVE the interior decor. So refreshing to not see acres of dark wood! The owners cabin window is simply stunning. I can, however, see a few people whacking their heads on the interior stairs.
Nothing like a sunny superyaught tour to brighten up a dreary West Coast Scotland January. Now I'm gonna have myself a freshly ground coffee from my old Gaggia Classic. Nothing wrong with a bit of luxury !!!
i'm just lost for words, without a doubt this is one of the nicest boats you have shown us around, nothing to gaudy or over the top. Every cabin looks warm and comfortable. I could definitely live on such a boat if I had the money and that's a very big "IF"
A beautiful yacht, really nice design and layout with modern finishes. I thought the crew area was a little on the small size for such a big yacht but that's just my opinion. Great tour as always, thank you Nick.
Hi Nick, And thank you for this very nice Ocean Alexander 28E on Superyacht Sunday great a very nice yacht it is light and spaceios inside I like that curved window in the masterbedroom and what a light comes in there by that sweet and then that nice bridge/sky lounge, the bow with that beautiful siting area give you a great private space when you are in a harbour Thanks Again Nick that is a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have the same question. I can assume that there is something like a storage room with a sink and toilet (they are visible at 14:30), as well as access to the beach club (its doors are visible at 00:33).
I like the direction the builders have gone with this yacht! Those huge windows add such a sense of space. I was thinking that I would put an exercise bike and maybe some weights in that spare space.
Looks like they incorporated some sunseeker and horizon fd designs into this yacht. The price seems a bit high for the size and the design would work a lot better on a bigger boat. The design is good but needs more room so everything isn't so cramped. Sleeps 10 but can't fit 4 people in the salon. Horizon, sunseeker and princess sleep 10 or 8 and can fit them a lot more comfortably in the salons. Needs to be a 32 meter yacht at least. Great tour Nick.
Thank you for the tour Nick. Ocean Alexander always does a nice job with their yachts. I wouldn't mind owning one at all even though they don't occupy my number 1 spot as far as yachts go.
I like the huge beach club areas. I really like that the style isn't over the top luxury appointed. Must be a charter or a down to earth owner. Awesome boat.
I have been on board the OA 26R and that is a similar layout to this one. Beautiful calming interior decor and high quality. I was very impressed and it is priced accordingly. Big bucks but big volume too. Stunning boat. Thanks Nick! Top notch as always.
The Ocean Alexander 35R is the best boat among the more than 100 that I have analyzed, the best in distribution, large windows, cabin with large windows and with a sauna. the best without a doubt in almost all aspects. "4 floors&3Decks in 35 meters length" incredible... When are you going to show us? From Barcelona. Regards
I didn't realise that Ocean Alexander were still in business. There used to be quite a few in the 80's in the UK in the 50-60 foot class..... Hershine as well.
Was that a compartment in that beach club area by the bar under the dark glass panels? It looks like that should open up. The combination of the lighter wood finishes and lighting makes them come across as a light pastel-y purple or salmon color at times. Make me feel like I'm at grandma's house. Lol. I'd love to see it with different interior colors.
Interesting yacht, with a proper bridge so gives extra space. The beach area was big so looks like a toy holder area for a rib a maybe two Jet skis, the yacht is for the Caribbean or the Med really with the design. Worth the money with five cabins and a nice galley.
I would wager that this could be right at the limit of being an owner-operated yacht, albeit with part-time stews and deckhands. 🤔 There are loads to like about this, though I'm of the impression that having a Portuguese bridge would tremendously improve crew routing between the foredeck and the raised pilothouse. Great tour as always, Nick! It's nice to see a few features that are hard to notice on other platforms.
Hey Nick another awesome yacht and who wasn't imagining sleeping in the owners bed looking at the stars........no one? Just me then 😁 a brilliant start to the new year and have a great day bud 👍
Well I don't really know what to think of this one Nick. On the one hand those lovely big windows throw a huge amount of light into the interior spaces but at the same time she feels a bit claustrophobic in places or is that just me? Yet another fine tour under your belt Mr B. I honestly think you are so good at it now you could probably do a tour in a drugged sleep and it would still be awesome lol. By the way I'm home from the hospital but still confined to my bed (which is incredibly boring but at least I know I have Aquaholic to keep me sane) Keep up the good work sir, I need your content more than ever at the minute!
Nope I had the same feeling. For me it is the twisting and turns in the corridor, and the flow and routing didn't feel as well thought out as others Nick has reviewed. The galley appears to be completely windowless. Stabilisers can do a lot, but I hope the chef is immune to motion sickness.
I want to say to you thanks because youre videos make me feel like im on the boat so i feel free. Also i have a question can you make a full toure of the monte cralo mc 5 fly ? that would be amasing . 😄
Another great video from Mr Consistancy, thanks. My thoughts on this beautiful yacht are that it would get a big thumbs up from the owner and guests but a bit of a thumbs down from the crew. No access to the outside from the wheelhouse and only one door access to the galley would make it's operation somewhat less smooth than it should be,.
Great tour Nick! Nice boat.... almost enough bars....I noticed that the ice maker in the galley is a Scotsman....I hope it's fed by a highland stream? :)
Ive seen a TON of your videos and im over yachting as i have ADHD and just get super focused on random things for a bit... but I am subscribed and sometimes when your videos come up I just gotta hear you describe the yacht lol... also I always gotta watch if its a nordhavn
Great tour and wonderful decor on board. Really modern and light. If I’m ever in a position to buy a yacht around this size I’d certainly struggle to chose!
6100 Views in the 1 hour after posting,so I thought I'd pop in the 60th Comment for giggles, etc. On with the review...While I liked almost everything about this ship, there's the 1 quibble:All the big beds face away from the windows.I know this is for storage under them as the hull curves up,but...Quite a marvelous ship for extended holidays.
Very nice but surprised by the poor range, would have expected trans atlantic for a yacht like this, one other thing i think the crew area is naff, only seating for two squashed up together. Thanks for another enjoyable tour Nick.😊
Happy New Year Nick and Marianne 😘 I had a great idea for you how about 'Pubaholics' 👍 Anyway back to the water 💧 Absolutely fascinating design, I'm more drawn to the outside look of it than inside weirdly! Inside is stunning, loads of room, loads of fun!
Very nice boat. Ocean Alexander has a couple of great yatchs. Only negative is the firward window in the owner cabin. Looks like more and more boats jump on this trend, but just looks like something that is not practical when alot of ppl are on the boat and then all the heat getting inside the cambin from the sun.
Such a great yacht. Plenty of space to move around in. I would be more than happy to spend a few weeks on board. Thank you for sharing this tour with us Nick
Firstly, thank you Nick. Great tour as always. I am baffled at how all the en suite showers do not have anything to prop the foot up on for us gurls with which to shave our legs. This is often lacking more in the master showers than the other ones. And this is not just this vessel, but in larger and more pricey ones as well. If I were paying that much, you can bet there would be one in each shower, including the crew ones! Speaking of crew, they really put a murphy bed in a closet? Shaking my head. The galley is lacking a window or any sight out at all. I did rather enjoy the extra storage for refrigeration and pantry, but not sure why all the extra when the range is only 400 miles. And finally, yes looking at the stars whilst sleeping is nice, but I don't need a nosey anyone being able to see inside that master, no matter the time of day. Someone dropped a few balls on this one, and it wasn't Nick.
Thanks Nick for this fantastic tour , Very bright boat and spacious but for me the cabin are a bit on the small side especially the bathroom for a boat of this size and price , The Princess X95 is much better equip. But as always such a fantastic tour 👍😁🛳⛴️
91.86 ft That's if the 28 is meters. Which is over the limit for self pilot isn't it ? Not sure about that. Plus explorer is in the name but with a 400 mile range that's not exploring. Absolutely love the layout of the boat. All the best Nick
All depends on the length at water level. As long as that’s 24m or under then you can self-pilot. And the Sunseeker 100 qualifies. I’d guess most new boats up 100 feet do. There’s nothing actually stopping you pilot something bigger, as long as you are commercially certified, but the real reason for keeping big boats under the limit is you can hire a skipper with lesser qualifications for less money.
Great tour, Nick. Thank you again! I'm curious, there seems lately to be a lack of comment from you when it comes to stabilisation. Do your recent tours NOT have seakeepers or wings, or is it just assumed that boats of certain size ALWAYS incorporate a wing stabilisation system? thanks Dennis

Just wonder how it works with that massive beach club area at water lever, if you ever find your self in rough seas with the weather coming in from aft?
That seems like an extremely comfortable yacht. I wonder what the range is at around 8-9 knots. At that price I would expect it to be able to be trans-Atlantic. Thanks for the tour!
Great video as always Nick. For the first time here I'm seeing a sub-100 foot yacht that has all the features I find important. If it's 400nm @ 17kn, then I'm guessing maybe 1000nm @ 8-10kn. Also according to their website, this model is available with an optional flybridge. Should you ever get the opportunity to tour a 28E with a flybridge, I'd really appreciate a video on that too, I bet it will make a huge difference in the total package overall. I also love how beamy this boat is, and now I'm starting to appreciate the thinking behind an asymmetrical design. Thanks again.
Nice boat, a touch expensive. big windows in the cabins make a big difference. Fancy curved window in the owner's cabin. Wonder how they drape that. With a 28meter name, is that the hull length and does the long beach club extend beyond that length? it seems longer than 95 feet.
I can just picture being out at the sea lying in Master bed and looking up at the stars, no light pollution whatsoever. That must be breathtaking.
Probably my most favorite owners cabin ever. Size does not matter when it is so elegant. Brilliant, Nick!
You missed a room again. What's behind the door on the right of the bunk crew cabin?
I could definitely live on such a boat if I had the money and that's a very big "IF"
WOW. Thanks Nick. What a difference. It’s like cheese & chalk. Between the 28E & 32E. The 28 is by far a superior finish. Amazing.
A beautiful yacht, really nice design and layout with modern finishes. I thought the crew area was a little on the small size for such a big yacht but that's just my opinion. Great tour as always, thank you Nick.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
I think 3 or 4 crew on a 27m is fine. 3 for normal operation and 4 on a charter seems about right to me.
The crew area is typical of most yachts. A bunk and some storage . They're getting a pay check. They're not on a cruise.
Nick IMHO this is the best boat you have shown yet
I'm glad you liked it 🙂
IF...
then I would name it "Power BallOne"
And I doubt I should want for more.
Thank you Nick, for the gift of wonderful dreams.
Having watched many, many Superyacht tours, this one is right up there and looks superb, beautiful inside and out. Great quality and design.
at 12.35 at the right side of the sink,by the double bed crew area....is that another crew cabin? you didnt open it
Hi Nick, And thank you for this very nice Ocean Alexander 28E on Superyacht Sunday great a very nice yacht it is light and spaceios inside I like that curved window in the masterbedroom and what a light comes in there by that sweet and then that nice bridge/sky lounge, the bow with that beautiful siting area give you a great private space when you are in a harbour Thanks Again Nick that is a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love the layout of this one, did the crew have a toilet (head) apart from the one in the captain cabin?
Was there another cabin in the crew quarters? There was a door that I think didn't get opened.
I have the same question. I can assume that there is something like a storage room with a sink and toilet (they are visible at 14:30), as well as access to the beach club (its doors are visible at 00:33).
I love this one. The flybridge is great, a place to relax indeed.
Great windows throughout!! Love the master cabin.
I like the direction the builders have gone with this yacht! Those huge windows add such a sense of space. I was thinking that I would put an exercise bike and maybe some weights in that spare space.
Great tour! Like the big windows throughout! Less boat like and more apartment with a view like! 👍👍
My favorite owners cabin ever. Let there be light!
the back window of the owners cabin was spectacular. Made it like a high rise luxury condo bedroom
What a lovely way to spend $12.8M!
Great tour as always Nick. I expect you to hit half a million subscribers soon, keep up the good work
Fingers crossed!
This is my favorite Yacht yet! Absolutely beautiful. Great, practical use of the space with the perfect amount of luxury and comfort! Wow.
Extremely nice sun and fun boat for a week around the islands. Should make a very profitable charter yacht.
I have been on board the OA 26R and that is a similar layout to this one. Beautiful calming interior decor and high quality. I was very impressed and it is priced accordingly. Big bucks but big volume too. Stunning boat. Thanks Nick! Top notch as always.
love it. I like the three seat at the helm....dont know why. Great production Nick. Keep up the great work. Cheers from Michigan
Thanks so much!

Beautiful Yacht, great tour!
The shape of the sink in the galley was very interesting, I've never seen that before.
Thank you very much!
I've been waiting so long for you to do an Ocean Alexander! I love their on deck master cabins
Nice boat - very modern. I like the layout very much - nice outdoor ares too. Thanks Nick!
I didn't realise that Ocean Alexander were still in business.
There used to be quite a few in the 80's in the UK in the 50-60 foot class..... Hershine as well.
Another great tour. Not sure this yacht would be my first choice if I actually had that kind of money. I guess I will keep looking and dreaming!
Beautiful boat, I love the contemporary colour scheme. Thank you Sir Nick
Very welcome!

Great video, Nick! Could you please make a video about Leen Trimarans, for example the Leen 50?
Oh I like this one alot 👌 absolutely gorgeous throughout, from the beech club to the beautifully designed interior. Love it 🤙
Another great video from Mr Consistancy, thanks. My thoughts on this beautiful yacht are that it would get a big thumbs up from the owner and guests but a bit of a thumbs down from the crew. Expandable Beach Club & Bar...
I don't need to see the rest of the Yacht! Cheers @Aquaholic!

Fantastic yacht seen a few of this brand absolutely love them great tour Nick thanks
Thanks for watching!
Great tour and wonderful decor on board. Really modern and light.
If I’m ever in a position to buy a yacht around this size I’d certainly struggle to chose!
Thanks for the video! I'm really enjoying these tours. Very nice crew area.
Glad you like them! 🙂
What a gorgeous yacht
Is there a bathroom for the crew below other than the captain’s cabin?
Love them master cabin. Great lay out. Another beautiful yacht. Thank you Nick.
My pleasure! 🙂

04:40 - Yay, got the Wave in!!!!!!!!
I’d like to see it with a grey hull, would look really imposing and unique.
Was there a shade on the owners cabin front facing window?
Another enjoyable post thanks Nick
My pleasure!
Really appreciate these tours. Keep up the excellent work. Love this channel.
Thanks, will do!
Happy new year! 🙂
Great tour Nick but, phew, that's an awful lot of glass to keep clean. I'd never put down my Windowlene!
It's a beautiful boat, loads of big windows
Only 1 bathroom in the crew area?🙊 the yatch is very nice. Thanks!!😊
Without the windows, you would not know you were on the water. They are very nice hotel rooms.
Very nice boat. Ocean Alexander has a couple of great yatchs. Only negative is the firward window in the owner cabin. Great tour Nick , keep up the good work ,, from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Hey there Zimbabwe! 😃
Another excellent video as always. Comprehensive and informative. Thanks Nick.
My pleasure! 🙂
Very nice yacht 🛥🚤⛵️👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great tour, and I love the decor and layout.
Beautiful Boat!😍🛥
Thanks for sharing, Nick! 😊
Thanks for watching 🙂
I'm all about contemporary, simple and minimalist. Nick, you didn't tell us the length!
Good tour Nick!
Thank you! 🙂

Dennis
Stabilisation is usually owner specification. Most are opting for gyro or fin stabilisers.
Wow love this one, Off to buy a lottery ticket
Great boat, thanks Nick...
My pleasure!
Nice yacht love the decor
This is a beautiful, very practical yacht. But I do expect them to take this to 35-37 meters. That will be amazing.
Great video as always and a fine ship! Do you recall the displacement range?
Truly truly stunning, I was really drawn to this. The finishes are lovely in my opinion and the design is as ever on huge yachts, simply lovely. Brilliant tour as always thanks Nick!
Thank you very much!
I hope you do some yacht tours on ships designed by Jon Bannenberg.
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but all hail to Super Yacht Sunday!🤗 I do like the look and layout of this yacht and would like to own such a grand machine for sure but for me for the price range I would have to go with the Numarine 37XP especially as both are explorer yachts, and because of this my only negative thought on this boat is that I really thought the range for an explorer was very low, I don't know perhaps that's just me 🤔 anyway Mr Burnham sir still another grand tour ❤️ Aquaholics as ever 👌🖖
Just wonder how it works with that massive beach club area at water lever, if you ever find your self in rough seas with the weather coming in from aft?
Hi Nick, great tour as usual. Do you plan to tour the Silent 80 this year? That’s a yacht I would love to see…the future of yachting
If I get the chance I shall.
I was a little disappointed that you didn't offer up the max range if you were to cruise at a lower speed, especially since after all it is an explorer/expedition-style yacht.
Planing boats normally triple (or more) the range at displacement speeds so I'd guess that's a reasonable (even conservative) estimate.
Stunning Yacht!!!
These boats use bigger and bigger windows. Is there a video somewhere showing their strength and how they are made
Bloody gorgeous 😍
Beautiful
Very nice indeed.👍
lovely boat, would love to see it in real life someday!
Nice boat, a touch expensive. big windows in the cabins make a big difference. Fancy curved window in the owner's cabin. Wonder how they drape that.
With a 28meter name, is that the hull length and does the long beach club extend beyond that length? it seems longer than 95 feet.
