Years ago i used to write recipes in a diary but now a days only search on internet for any particular recipe. Thanks for reminding me about my lost cooking diary.i found it today after watching ur video.shown my diary to my daughters they were super excited and surprised.
Dear Swati, its so therapeutic watching your videos. I literally watch your videos in series as we binge watch any tv shows. For me it is worth watching your videos than TV shows. I literally learn basic skills from your videos. Only one request if you can share ghee making recipe from malai would love to watch your method. Second if possible kindly share tips and tricks in detail regarding managing vegetables and storing back in fridge because it get so messy in real when i follow any recipe. I am not able to maintain tidy as you are doing so one question from which earth you bring this immense positive energy? Having two kids, working, and still you are a pro in kitchen. Your are simply mind-blowing Lots of love to you ❤.
I loved the easy paratha with layers from youtube. I haven't seen that method before. I also like the soya chunk variations. This video is a keeper. I am going to save it for later referral.

I can't tell you how Happy I am to see this episode, I absolutely LOVE to cook from cookbooks and have a small collection of the same. I thoroughly love reading and making a recipe as there is some mystery element involved in it. Nowadays very few people go for cookbooks as social media has taken over, I wish they knew the pleasure n fun of cooking from a book. Once you involve Rutvi in this it will be your special mother - daughter bonding time.I hope that you slowly and steadily increase your cookbook collection too ❤ Happy Cooking!!
Wow!! I got so thrilled to read this message. So happy to know about your thought behind this mini pleasure. Thnx for writing it here Gauri. I would love to include Rutvi as well. Hope she will enjoy it too 😊! Yayy!!
mam you should have fried the soya chunks first this would have enhanced the taste actually i cook sometimes so sharing my experience but loved all the recipes ❤️
So if you have left over paneer, dip it in water in an air tight box before putting in fridge. This way paneer will remain soft and fresh for longer. Just change water once in 2 days. Hope it was helpful 😊
There is no comparison going here dear! Paneer is a good protein source is what is stated. More or high is not a discussion point in this video. If you prefer tofu, very well go for it.
Which recipe did you like the most? 😊
Soya-Peas Curry
All the recipes were good. Nice idea of rolling lacha paratha.
All were fantastic
🤔 NO DOUBT All of them😊

Pls share hair care routine
mam you should have fried the soya chunks first this would have enhanced the taste actually i cook sometimes so sharing my experience but loved all the recipes ❤️
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I avoid frying as they absorb a lot of oil so shallow-fried them instead :) Just my personal preference.
I love ur vlogs.......there's so much to learn from u......😊❤
Thank you so much 😊. Glad you like them :)
Still no success in feeding my kids paneer...
.any suggestion
Why you kept paneer in water?
So if you have left over paneer, dip it in water in an air tight box before putting in fridge. This way paneer will remain soft and fresh for longer. Just change water once in 2 days. Hope it was helpful 😊
It’s pages book store❤

Paneer is a fat and cholesterol source majority of calories comes from saturated fats. While tofu and tempeh are lean protein sources
Yes and that’s implies with any other food depending on what the body demands. One can choose either of it as per availability and preferences.
@@TalkingMom yes but paneer is not considered a high protein source just saying. Milk products are the worst thing you can do to your body
Please meam translate to hindi
Bruh tofu is literally high in protein than paneer what are you talking about lol??
There is no comparison going here dear! Paneer is a good protein source is what is stated. More or high is not a discussion point in this video. If you prefer tofu, very well go for it.
