    Lack of connection does lead to stress but sometimes connection that doesn't feel safe leads to stress❤

      I hope you are well Sis hang in there ❤🫂
      We dont have to do it on our own, this life is meant to be shared, to support each other, if you have the need for connection & intimacy as in deepening the connection, I think you should look into it and not deny it to yourself, from others as well, express your needs & then see where it goes. I dont think one can swallow that much, without any reprecussions, it will show uo elsewhere as frustration agitation etc
      Just think about it for your own sake, and because it is basic human needs.
      Did not mean to criticize, but i just got sad to read what you go through on your own in a relationship or a connection. It doesnt sit right with me. You matter remember that, hope you are well matey ❤

    What I find most terrifying that people use connection as a power weapon. It's a tool for manipulations and hurting those who are seeking for that. The need for connection now is perceived as weakness because everyone knows how much power there is and how much pain that can couse. :(

    I'm currently on 2 months' sick leave from work due to stress. I was due to go back after the first month, but broke out in a severe stress-related skin disorder half-way through for which the GP gave me an extension. I live alone and my organisation has gone pretty much to 100% WFH since the pandemic - I try to do 3 days a week onsite but the connections aren't the same as before, just a random bunch of people who also want to go in, not my direct colleagues or people related to my role or my work. During the pandemic I spent 3 years practically in solitary confinement, and went through some tough work experiences. More challenging situations this year were the last straw. This video makes soooooo much sense to me!!! I may send it to my managers, so they realise what our working arrangements are doing to those of us not surrounded by happy families...

    Lack of connection ...no it's lack of trust. I trust God and try not to forget that the unstable people in charge are beneath Him. I hope Jesus comes soon.

    Is stress a good thing though?

    • @WholeheartedPublishing
      @WholeheartedPublishing  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Stress about something real and immediate is helpful. The problem is when it persists and we can't let it go. it create a toxic internal relationship to our environment and keeps up from building resilience. We often feel stress when we have we perceive that we have no control over what's happening to us (or what we perceive is / will happen to us).

    Racial and ethnic diversity is not a good thing.

    • @HINOK8
      @HINOK8 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It's not about race or ethnical diversity, because naturally each individual is already different.
      The world lack of compassion. We see diversity as a threat.
      No it's not. People can still feel emotionally isolated even among their own race and ethnicity.

    • @UniqueGeekFreak

      @@HINOK8 well said my friend, i agree with you good to hear a voice of reason.
      I've been with all kinds of ppl, and my so called "own", did not fit in anywhere, in fact i felt worse with my so called "own" lol
      There's no difference between ppl due to their background.
      People will always be people, and it can have positive connotations or negative connotations, when i say that.
      Jyst dont get surprised or disappointed at ppl's behaviour, ppl will always be ppl no matter who they are, i.e. everyone does wrong
