If doing these routines you could for example do back & biceps one day , chest and triceps then next , shoulders and abs the next, then back to back & biceps for example! Really depends on your schedule and how long you want to work out for each day
low key no bullshit i think its ok to do as a beginner so you got my sub, can i combine these diff groups together in one day or nust do one per day and just cycle through?
Yip these are perfect for all levels as are a lot of the workouts on here! Emm really I guess depends how you’re feeling! If you’re feeling like you’ve more in the tank you could easily splice 2 of them together for an awesome workout 👍
@@TheZeusFitness pure beginner 40+ with decade of neglect 😞 presumably i dont want to so bice+tricep together as that will be too much fatigue in same area? so just combine unrelated groups legs + bicep etc?
