You should definitely check out Ingersoll... they are a VERY high quality watch. I mean that. I have a Tag and a couple of Omegas which I consider to be good quality watches, and the Ingersolls (2014+) are VERY good quality. They generally have an MSRP of $500-750, depending on the watch. This watch is kind of ho-hum... I'm not so impressed, but it's decent none the less. The ones you should check out are these, let me know what you think... th-cam.com/video/fOxajVZHgco/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/Jau8dI0NRDI/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/0PiaKJjzGco/w-d-xo.html As for the video production, I appreciate it. Not to be self-deprecating, but my videos are dumpy right now. I just moved and don't have a workshop. About ~5 months ago, I literally had a dedicated air conditioned full-service workshop to work on watches with lighting and professional camera set-up... not so much right now, hahah... I'm doing it on a lego table. But I will soon build another workshop... but priorities!
I had not heard of Ingersoll until I started watching your channel, I now have two of them and I think I will soon have three. There is just something about watching the movement doing its thing. Nice watch, nice video, thank you.
I'm really happy to hear that! I don't get paid by Ingersoll (I promise!) hahah... but I have been very impressed by their quality and styling. They are mostly assembled in Hong Kong, but HK has a long history of creating watches, and you get what you pay for. The facility that assembles the Ingersolls is highly paid, and it's quality work (as you know). The quality I've seen from the Ingersolls rivals that of many of the other "high end" watches I've seen. And most of the parts are brought together from other places around the world... Sapphire coated crystals from Spain (if I remember correctly), leather straps from Horween in NY, USA... etc.
Whatever the watch snobs say, these are really nice watches! If you’re worried about the Chinese movements don’t be after all where was your iPhone made!! The Chinese are capable of making pretty much anything to any standard and let’s face it a mechanical watch movement absolutely has to be well made as it’s such a precision piece of equipment! And they all have a lifetime warranty so you can’t really go wrong!
Thank you for a great video on this watch. I have one with a steel bracelet and I enjoy looking at the dial.
Thank you for watching!
Never tried an Ingersoll personally but this one looks really good. Nice work with the video too

Scratch that, I have three Ingersoll watches now, or will have in a couple of weeks when it gets to the bottom of the world.
