There is this girl (let's call her Alice), she respects me a lot. But sometimes Alice ignores me. Once she ignored me even infront of a staff (let's call this staff Fiona), and Fiona felt so akward about it given that I am the son of the shop owner.
I kept cool about it and I just laughed about it. So Fiona also laughed about it. Fiona was feeling so akward.
Although I am the owner's son, I live in a different city and this was the first time I had a conversation with Fiona and in the middle of the conversation Alice walks by and this happened.
Later Alice spoke with me, outside the shop. Now she seemed to be alright as if nothing happened.
Therefore, in short Alice is freindly with me but she sometimes ignores me too, despite the fact I am the son of the boss.
After one week in the same city as Alice, I left that city for my studies. As soon as I arrived at my campus I sent her a text saying that I have now arrived at the campus. She did not reply. As I was busy I did not text for another few days.
After a week, I sent her my 2nd text saying " Are you around, I did not get a response from you". Alice has now blocked me for no reason.
I have done nothing wrong and it is kind of rude to block the boss. However, generally she is a not rude at all. She is a very nice girl. I don't know whether she is (a) shy or whether (b) she has a crush on me. Well probably she has a crush on me. But is thst a reason to block me. Why do you think she blocked me ?

We live in a society where women are earning more and achieving more than ever, and studies show with or without children, our household income has a high chance of actually decreasing with a man under the roof. Watching these videos I'm realising more and more that, there is no formula 😄. As a woman who has been interested in the same guy for months, kind of gone from crush to low level interest but always on my mind, I'm now kind of ignoring him as in not initiating conversation, which I don't really think is ignoring because that would mean I'm ignoring every single person I don't initiate conversation with. But when I happen to cross paths with him I smile broadly and make eye contact, because I am interested in him, but have almost given up on the idea that anything will happen, because he could be with someone else, or just not interested in me. The problem I have is that this girl; she will pass me by multiple times, will see me and not acknowledge my existence. There was a point where I met her and her friends at the beginning beginning and her friend ended up asking me for my number but never responded after a while. I see them both and none seem to look my way or if they do; she will not answer like i said "hey guys" and she just went down the staircase and I had a female friend next to me who was like, "wtf" and didn't understand what she meant. So I do not think she is interested at all and since this has happened for the last three weeks; I just play hard to get but idk if she is interested. i speak to most of her friends and I get to be the center of attention at most points its just she is never there and if she knows I'm there she will not entertain me. I'm very confused about where she is going with this. Because she still had some feelings for you, she’s afraid she would be hurt if you didn’t have any feelings left for her. That’s why she was trying to be cold to see how you react towards her. If you made a first move at that time to show your care or interest in her, she may be more open to you. However, this may take time because girls need time to see if you are really interested or serious with them if they’re serious in relationship and/or might have been hurt before. That’s why she was cold, careful and slow in taking action. But deep inside she’s happy to see you doing everything in order to grab her attention. Overall, I can say that her cold attitude was a wall she built to protect her weak feelings when falling in love with someone she was not sure if he shares the same feelings for her. Who would know their mind. In my case the girl was locking eyes with me, smiling, and giving me side glances. Once we talked, I gave her compliment she blushed, but since then she is acting nervous and last time, we met in hallway and greet each other but when I tried to approach, she was like "I am ok" and walked away. I take it she is not interested. If that is not roughly 50-50% attraction, I give up because it turns me off to chase.
