2 of the most fun rebuilds I’ve done are Marshal, move them to big10 or ACC and compete. Also Hawaii, only good school grade is campus lifestyle, very challenging rebuild with a decent young QB you can redshirt during your first season.
UF is a fun one. The Wildcat can get you out of a jam (and long TDs). For 3 years in a row, had my RB1 get the Heisman and RB2 be in the running for it. But really that’s anyone with the Wildcat in the playbook. As for UF, loads of young talent, so you probably have a bit of a runway to get good and get more recruiting hours after year 1 and 2. But it’s tough to compete for talent with the recruiting hours you start out with, especially against teams like Georgia and Alabama.
USF is a fun rebuild as well. Has the NFL stadium perk like Temple (USF plays in Raymond James Stadium). Plus, you have to compete for recruits with teams like Miami, Florida, Georgia, etc.
Did one with Mississippi state and the sec humbled me lol went on a 4 game losing streak at one point… I current have one with Washington state they have a great young qb and rb to build off of
Michigan State, the receiving core is vaporized save for a true freshman in real life. The game has glitched grades at the school in some categories the last time I tried a MSU dynasty back in September so Aidan Chiles transfers, don't know if that's been fixed or not (I will try again today). Oh yeah, in real life... a really good DT is coming in as a freshman next year so the save also has to replicate getting at least a 4 star or two.
I love your video so far. The only thing I don't agree with is your idea to sim a year forward. I got the game to play with the players they have now. I get your idea I just like to play now 😅
I started at NC got fired after a 5-7 first season. Went 5-7 with Coastal Carolina after taking the head coach job since then I’ve never lost more than 2 games and I’ve won 3 natties coastal is so much fun to play with
I’m currently rebuilding San Diego state. First season went 11-1 and lost to BC in the first round of the playoffs. In year two I’m currently undefeated in week 5 or 6 I wanna say
I wish we could encourage player’s to transfer before the offseason portal so they can find a home instead of doing it at the beginning of next season
After you encourage them to transfer they end up on a team.
Playing New Mexico in an online dynasty Heisman and won the Natty in year 2. I love this team and rebuild.

Unlv underrated rebuild, losing a bunch of key seniors and their coach in a failing conference
Hawaii was a good rebuild. Took me at least 5 seasons to get them to a 4 star program. Pro Potential was hurting me.

A fun rebuild I just did was NC State, their offense is loaded with star dev and impact players.
Thank you!!! Going with Kent state uniforms fire too!

I did a Liberty rebuild. Very fun currently in the 4th season. Looking into to starting a new one. Might try UCF.
The New Mexico qb is transferring too I believe. Makes it more interesting for a rebuild!
Doing a Minnesota rebuild rn they are a lot of fun too play a lot of good competition, good uniforms, and good old history

UNC Dynasty:
1. Basketball school
2. Fired Mack Brown
3. Historically Mid program who you can help get over the hump in the ACC
Oregon State. Grades are not good. Hard to recruit within the Pacific Northwest. Crazy good unis
Charlotte was really fun and I'm doing Old Dominion right now and loving it.
Oregon state is a good one and u can update the pac 12

I really having a hard time. Getting into the game again

Rebuild UTEP and put them in the PAC-12 with all the mountain west teams with them. Super fun rebuild
UCF sounds interesting for sure.
I have like 9 years left in my main Dynasty I started at launch with Michigan. I can't wait to rebuild a school.
I am playing coastal Carolina. I don't hear a lot of people talking about them. They have been fun but tough

Southerm Miss....what you think about that rebuild?
Iowa is losing almost the whole starting defense and star running back Kaleb Johnson. Barebones in the B1G

Yet they still can't put headsets on coaches
King shit
Sleep on Wisconsin
I went to Liberty... the education is great! But it is a Christian school so that's probably why they are rating them low. Great team to rebuild!
What’s your no technician coach build?
Just started an Army dynasty just for the playbook...I never sign FB always get an ATH Center and move to tight end
