I can kind of see where a homeowners are coming from. I run ATVs myself and I love loud ones but after moving into a neighbourhood where ATVs go by all day and night the really loud ones they do disturb me from my sleep or from my working at home, albeit only for a really short period of time so it's no big deal to me. But for others that they don't care much for the sport, I could totally see how it could aggravate them and drive them nuts after while hearing it everyday when they are just trying to mind their own business and enjoy the home that they pay for. I've learned it's best to find a happy medium that doesn't upset neighbours because someday those neighbours might be there for you for something when you need their help the most. Atving is becoming a bigger sport worldwide and taken more seriously as a legitimate form of travel, if we aggravate all of our neighbours that will never happen

Add a gate so nobody can enter your property without your consent. Also add some trail cameras where you think that neighborhood is coming on your property to look at what you’re doing. Get them on a trespassing charge and they’ll think twice about call the cops on you lol
I’m going to give you my opinion and you probably won’t like it. Humble yourself and go to the neighbors introduce yourself and start a dialog with them. Your dealing with old cranky people who have forgotten to have fun. Your a very likable guy maybe the neighbors will be less likely to want to shut you down if they know you. Some times you have to fight hate with kindness it sucks to lower yourself but think of the long game.
