Excellent tutorial. You clearly explain every section of the move as well as modelling it beforehand so the person watching knows exactly what the move should like. In our group (Senzala) the move is known as a Raiz. I say that to share not to criticise. Keep sharing your knowledge and Axe.

@cimex94 then, what is it? different schools have different names for same or possibly different movements. "same same but differente" says Mestre Torpedo of Sinha Bahia Capoeira. let us respect the differences and the beauties of each capoeirista.
