I know I’m like 2 years late for this video, but… I have a question, so Ive been teying to learn a back flip for 3 years now and I could never comit to doing it because im so scared of landing on my neck, so i watched tutorials and one of my most favorite ones is the one the pigme made and he also taught me a macaco and i am really good at it, but whenever i go to do a backflip i always turn and land on my stomach, do you know if you could help
If it helps one time I was doing a 180 turn into a backflip on airfloor and I went over my shoulder on accident and landed on my head in front of my friend

Well usually you can spot the ground, and your body will naturally open up. You mostly just have to commit to it, and with more practice you’ll get it
