Alahn, I was raised a Buddhism, but was to different schools with many religions, but choose to become Buddhism. As l learn and knowing that there is a person up above and we call the person whoever they believe in. So, I’m Buddhism. I’m joining BSWA because I had a memories of being a traveler, enjoy hiking in wildness on my leisure times, a caregiver for parent, family, and children, faced to many sadness in this life that I need peace of mind, and want to be responsible one live through this life doing good things before I leave this planet. I hope one day I’ll free from rebirth.
Thank you Ajahn Brahm for all the knowledges you have past on to me an all others. I’ll treasure and learn them. Sadhu Sadhu SADHU🙏🙏🙏

1:09:16 When you live your life conforming to the 5 Buddhist precepts, you will reap a blissful life here and now, and perhaps in the afterlife. Thus it is said - avoid evil, do good and purify your mind just as a goldsmith purifies gold (meditate ).

Most days I, also, skip my shower unfortunately. You know, the water dripping down my body to the gutter ;) I'm all over the place these days... I can't believe I'm making this confession.

Metta to the poor children of Palestine. They don’t have to learn to share anything. The Buddha taught skilful action and my hope is they use those teachings to survive and grow and prosper. Free Palestine. Namo buddhaya.

The jew will have horrific karma in the future. It already had bad enough karma, but now it's even worse. The world saw everything, and the White Western world will likely accept muslims

All children everywhere should be safe. You aren't showing good dharma with sewing more division.

I doubt that anybody of BSWA reads the comments. I do not think they care. Like the way they care not about the questions from overseas. Some do and some do not.
This is not buddhism like - not very kind. Why put in the chat at all.
Been following Ajan Brahm and BSWA for many years .
I think it has changed and Ajahn Brahm just gets exploited .
I feel sorry fr him and wish him well.
Overseas questions are important - we have only the cance to post 1 question every week and then wait for another week.
I am considering asking any more questions - it is too disappointing.
but I doubt anybody from BSWA reads this and cares
    With metta from Germany

@@paulaplaster934 The Motto is Make peace, Be kind, Be gentle to others AND yourself. Ajahn has advised to be kind one more time but to leave a toxic relationship as a last resort. Also, bring to mind the story of the Snake which did not Hiss & became a victim of its own kindness. Leave the self sacrifice to Buddha's to be while we walk the path step by step. May you & family be well & happy..🙏

@differenceispreadin it is a bot. It came to my attention that there are bots on media to stir trouble because if people are not scared and angry they can't be controlled and Buddhism is about training the mind to be free from that. The bot is the world. I encourage you to keep your eyes open when a comment such as that which you reacted to appears, know that today there are insidious forces out there and always they are designed to be personal- for example Ajahn Chah would have Monks who were aggravating stay at his Monastery to push the Monks unknowingly and Ajahn Chah would hear them complain and then guide them back to themselves. Unfortunately there is no Ajahn Chah to help us when these bots push, HOWEVER we do have the Buddhasasana the Dhamma so if you are practising, please remember this and you'll not be tricked by Mara. Metta 🙏🙏🙏

nothing really "exists" in that sense then. its all cause and effect and resulting in rise, short lived persistence and cessation. what we perceive are all just instances of these processes in play.
