Spontaneous joke inspired by Ajahn Brahm’s first few comments:
One monk looked at the other 2 and said “hey we have on the same outfit”
The second monk said “yes, great minds think alike”
The third monk said “I wasn’t thinking” 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m reading The Moth right now and there’s a story where this girl im sure by now you know but she has a lot of anxiety and she talks about how she became obsessed with you because it helped her in a dark place. I thought I’m dealing with simular issues right now so I decided to watch and this really helped.

He is correct about the money, but not entirely correct that it is just a burden. For some people, it might even destroy their life, but others cope with it absolutely easily.
It is very much not about hwo much money you have, but what that money actually mean to you...and there it splits into possible suffering or not.

I can understand what you are saying, I have gone through very intense times and difficulties. Yes, I agree with you that practicing meditation during that phase can also concentrate the issue in the mind, but also very important thing is looking for results in short time didn’t help. It takes a mix of approaches, including lifestyle adjustments like exercises, doing creative activities like art that changes the focus of mind from consumption of thoughts to creation of fresh thoughts… and meditation along the way. Time heals every wound. These talks help you develop a more flexible mind that help us navigate through life

I am glad that you are here searching for answers. Answer this question honestly with your heart: is your difficulty solved through all your previous effort? I wish you happy and peace. If it is not solved, what is holding you in the problems? What are the problems? Is the restless caused by craving, aversion/hate, and ignorance of the cause and effect? Have you encouraged inner kindness? Do you try to calm down and keep your heart in peace? Do you try to prevent yourself from saying and doing harmful things to yourself and others? Did you try to understand the cause of the difficulties inside out and face it with unshakable mind and actions, staying in goodness, kindness, and peace? did you try to keep your mind with your breath when forces of difficulties are trying to force you into wrong doing, wrong feeling, and wrong sayings? This is the way Buddha taught. It is the way to solve problems no matter what you believe or where you are. You can believe anything, but the nature of problems is that they have causes and effects. If you find the roots of difficulties, pull it out ! The roots are craving, hatred, delusion, which causes us to act and speak harmful and unwholesome things and keep our mind down and stray. Pull the root out, do good say good, be kind and peaceful, get rid of craving, hatred and dilusion. That's the way
