    Just downloaded this app. I'm very much impressed about the fact that I can track my macros in each and every meal. It makes me feel a relief from having to think too much lol

    Yes it is worth. I use it since many months with the mobile app and it is the only real working app for loosing weight and change your habits. The grocery and pantry option is super. The only app I paid premium in my life and I m happy about it.

      RIGHT?! I even had a script right in front of me. But taking my eyes off it to say what I wanted and not go off topic was proving difficult that day. 🤣 I’m much better at improv. But improvisation made me delete the first recording I made for this video. I’m glad you get it! Makes me not feel so alone. 😬😆

    I love all the pros. I don’t care for the daily free feature. That seems cumbersome when you can’t plan ahead. That’s a good way to grab you for a subscription. Looks to me as I will be joining soon especially hearing all your pros! Seems like a no brainer. Thank you for the run down Lisa!

      Exactly why I decided to join because even using the daily version, I was spending hours figuring out a weekly plan. Not anymore! It’s a great app! I can’t wait to hear what you think about it!

    Thanks so much for this thorough and sincere review! I’ve been on the fence about switching from free to premium but I’m going to give it a shot based on your feedback. Like you, I’m interested in learning how to do batch prep cooking once a week, but maybe I’ll be able to figure that out on my own after I get a handle on meal planning in the first place. 😊

    I have a question? If we are losing weight and we weigh in each week our calories need to be adjusted so that we can continue to lose weight, is that in this app? Because we need to adjust in order to keep losing the weight

      You can adjust your calories to whatever you like for how often you like for sure.

    Hi, I'm just so anxious about this. I have struggled all my life how to eat. At times i feel scared of food. I DL this last night because I want to live a healthier lifestyle. But the app shows me so many sandwiches for the whole week. I find it so damn odd and fattening. I don't even ever buy bread. Ugh, I hate this!

      Hey! Trying new things can be scary, so good for you for taking steps forward for your health! Definitely play around with all the features and give yourself some time to familiarize yourself with the app. I love that you can go in and tell it what foods you don’t want to eat like bread, or whatever else you want it to leave off the menu.
      Play around with it for a bit!

    Maybe you can let the the creator what would make this app easier since you used this app. I would like @ low carb diet since I am pre-diabetic.

      What’s great about the website is you can set your carbs to whatever you like. They have options for any diet.

      I didn’t have curves being overweight. But now that I’m lifting heavy weights in the gym, I’m adding muscle and curves in all the right spots now.

      My coach likes to call it MyFuckupPal. 🤪 I’ve been using Carbon Diet to track recently and love it. No frills. Only thing it doesn’t have that MyFitnessPal does is micronutrient tracking in a way that shows your daily value goals.
      But Eat This Much is SO good for people who don’t know what to eat and want recipe ideas. I love it!! Worth a try…
