I'm Canadian and I've been to the Plains of Abraham in Quebec City many times. There is an incredible history lesson in this song not many people know about. I don't know if anyone in this band has ever been there but they captured the essence of Robbie Robertson's great song. Acadians from east coast Canada became Cajuns in Louisana...sound familiar?
