To get to the odometer screen, press the bottom left button. Using that button, you can cycle through odometer, trip, average speed, top speed, current speed and run time.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with your bike. I have attached a link to our SOP Support Video for you to review, if I could please have you review the steps in the video and report back with your findings, that would greatly help me in assisting you with your bike. You can find that video drive.google.com/file/d/1pflzxZTL3fy_r21gi77db2pzNVY-XuqI/view?usp=drive_link I have also attached a written version if you find the video to move through the steps too quickly. You can follow the instructions included cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0065/6549/4839/files/Pre_Support_SOP_Macro.pdf?v=1688162213. Would you be so kind as to send an email to info@arielrider.com and confirm the serial number of your bike so that we can establish a record for this case, along with your original order number? In addition, please attach pictures or videos that document the issue you’re facing, along with a brief description for the tech team to review. This will greatly assist them in diagnosing the issue and determining how to proceed.
Thank you and welcome to the club! You can leave it to its default settings. There's nothing that you need to change, unless you want to unlock the speed limiter. To do that, just follow the instructions in the video. Thanks!
Got mine yesterday. The backlight was on during shipping. After the bike was assembled, turned the display on and both front light and back light remained on. Holding the UP/+ button for 3 seconds the lights stayed on and turning the lights off on the display and both front/back lights still on. Anyone experience this issue?
Updates: After emailing AR and sent them a video about the issues, they sent a new controller. Swapped the old controller out and the lightings are working as expected.
Not sure if you fixed it already but when you power on the bike the light will always be on that is your Day Lights. However the button you press on your handle bar that is your headlight which you can turn on/off when you need to use it.

@@Arielriderebikes my understanding is Trip can be reset back to 0 miles using the hidden mode and clearing it using the default password. Another question if you don’t mind me asking is it possible to change the default password of “1919” to something different?
@@lordhenixtwitch The trip can be reset by just going into the menu with a long hold, and the first one to appear is is the "Cr" Computer Rest screen show in 0:38 . Oddly enough, the video's verbiage makes it sound like you're also going to reset the lifetime odometer as well, not just the trip meter for the current cycle or time running for the current cycle. As for the secret code, it doesn't seem like you can, the password seems to be hard coded into the model's software. Some bike displays use 1919, others i've seen use 2020.

Can changing the voltage make the bike go faster
Hi @touchgrass2
Yes, it will. However, we advice against modifications such as this, as it is going to void the warranty.
@@Arielriderebikes I already unlocked the speed limiter if I change the voltage how fast will it go on a flat road
Is there a way too make the display more brighter for night riding
Hi! Aside from the 1-5 levels of brightness, there's no other way to make it brighter/dimmer.
