    Why didnt you feed the battery wire through the hole on the lower backside instead of through the open cover?

    You can get some rubber calk or just a weather seal for the gap. Pretty sketchy to have it open. Thanks for the vid though. It's been a pain finding information on battery blenders.

    Grind out a small "u" shape in the cover install a round rubber gasket around the cable and it will fit inside the cover. If you do it just right it will be a perfect fit. Nice install though.

      @@Catamount19 No, but just buy a round rubber gasket of the size of the wire that you need to route and make the hole 1/2 that size.

    If the other slot is for another controller does that mean you can run dual motors through the blender

      Hi, did you ever find out an answer to this question? I orderd two ebikes that come next month and I dont think they have a blender or equalizer switch so the same question sorta. Can you use one of these with two 1000 w motors and two 52v samsung batteries?

      I will, been planning for a long ride but the weather here’s been less than ideal. Everything has been reliable - I get about 40 to 50 miles on a regular. I think the best thing is I rarely get the battery dropping two bars to zero, which happened on the single battery. I definitely recommend it.

    the controller for x class is 35ah.would secondary battery be compatible if it is 52v 20ah?

      @@antoniosadventures1844 I bought the battery blender, when I install my 2nd battery, the screen doesn't work. But the bike still runs. Any solution ??

      @@juliuspresley9982 never had that problem. Are both batteries turned on? The triangle battery does have a switch.

    Is there an option for adding a third battery to the Grizzly?

      I don’t have a Grizzly but I did see a version for 3 batteries on the adapter. It’s called DateX3 parallel battery adapter.

      Everything has been solid. Been busy so haven’t done any videos. But everything was plug play and forget.

      Maybe another controller. Convert this thing to AWD lol. Just kidding. It was actually left empty on the wiring diagrams at biggamebikes.com They have a version that has a charge function I think that slot was reserved for that.

      I get 40 to 50 miles now. Initially I get 25 to 30 on the original battery.

    There's holes where you can run the wires for the 2nd battery into the wire panel. Why would you leave the panel open like that only screwing in 2 screws? Watch "Rider X" TH-cam channel on how to install 2nd battery for Ariel Rider X Class 52v. smh

    Can you use the 2nd battery even without the battery blender? Like connecting it directly to the controller?

      Yeah. I think with a parallel connector. Thought there’s a risk in doing this. There’s actually some diy’ers who even connected a switch for both batteries - so you actually pick what battery to run. You can say I took the easiest route. 😊

      @@antoniosadventures1844 i just got a triangle battery and i disconnected my ariel rider battery and just plugged in the triangle battery to the charge controller no battery blender and it worked fine. i think you only need a battery blender if u want 2 plugged in at the same time if you dont mind stoping to unplug one and plugging in the other then you may be good ps hows the heat on the blender for where u put it spark recommend that u have airflow for anything over 30 amp controller ?

      @@MegaRancore haven’t really checked on the heat but I’ll do that next time I do a long ride. I honestly want a plug in and forget about it setup hence the battery blender but I’m sure the plug and unplug the 2nd battery will work just fine.

      Price for the battery blender is $145. Battery price fluctuates in eBay it was $370 when I got it.
