    Mam, with due respect can u plz tell me
    What r d chances of getting helminthic nd protozoal infection if we take these carrots nd other roots wthout proper cleansing, as u hav mentioned we hav to take them with tht soil.chance of infection becomes higher like ascaris, tapeworm etc, if a person is vegetarian isn't it safe to take vitB12 supplementation fr jst a day or 2 rest vit 12 depletes very slowly from d body so once a person taking this supplement he/she is safe fr rest 2-3 years. Y should we take this risk?

    Mam plz tell me something about it my vitamin d level is 10.1 I checked it on 10 feb 2021.it’s beeen 3 weeks I have taken 200,000 IU injection in these 3 weeks but there is no improvement at all!.How much time it will take to recover ??
    I am depress from the last 9 months but tested recently.How much time it will take to recover & my fatigue pain will be ok ,mood will be okay ???

    Pickles contain more Sodiyam than normal, which increases our blood pressure.and you are saying to eat more pickles.So what to do ?

      We do not say to eat anything in access. Pickles can be used in moderation.
