Whomever posted this. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. 2 yrs with my 2009 grand vitara and the struggle was real with the headlight daytime running. Never again thanks to your post. Excellent delivery and presentation. Thank you thank you thank you
This the "side lights" they are down the bottom corners. Its a 5w/12v a 501 bulb fits it or you can get equivalent LED light. You need to take off a few popers and screws in the wheel arch and drop the liner out and it's behind there. It's easy tbh you can do it with the wheel still on after you seen how to do it. Is easy to get the poppers and screw off too.
Question for you… So I have a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara. When the normal lights are on only the outer smaller lights come in. When turning on your brights only the larger inner lights come on. When you turn your regular lights on at night do both your lights come on? I’m so confused wtf is going on or if some is wrong.
Your suv has separate daylight lights and night driving. You can leave on auto and forget about it, or find explanation in vehicle owner manual... I don't have one, so can't give you exact answer
I also have an 07. And yes, the outer lights turn on, but when you turn on the lights at night the outer and inner turn on. I found it odd as well. The outer are on always, whether you turn on the lights at night or not. Hope that helps.
Alexander yes actually it’s not that hard to replace it got them from autozone 50$ u can go cheaper but won’t last long since they stay on most on the time the cheapest we’re 16$
Late for the party here. Does this work on a 2012 GV? I couldn't seem to get at my bulbs and it cost me a packet to have a repair shop do them. That was last year and another bulb has gone. I'm prepared to do it myself but I was under the impression that you had to pull the front bumper assembly off to do it?
Today I tried to change the bulb on the left low beam...but did not work, was a lot more difficult than your video...ended cutting those stupid plastic sticks on the black plastic adapter...didn't work also. I think will have to find somewhere a new adapter...🤬. Thanks for your video!
It is pain in the back to change bulbs in Suzuki Vitara, the worst I have ever did... Sorry I didn't want to bother people with my 10 minutes struggle 😉

Short and sweet. Good on you mate.

Thank you short and sweet I will not pay mechanic any more for changing my head lamps in my U.S.A. 2006 Grand Vitara!
Wow so much easier than the 2008 models. It is a shame Suzuki stopped selling in Canada, great cars. :-(
Our grandparents still driving it with not problems
Great video! Thank you!
Thank you very much
Accidentally popped that iron part off, how do I get it on back?
Perfect. Thank you

Ya. Nobody told him the oil from his fingers will make the bulb go out alot quicker.

And the rain. They hate having water on them.
Awesome video! ❤❤

The lamps must be cleaned. You have to use gloves, couse the fat from fingers will short the lamp's life.
Fiddly clips on the Lo beam my one criticism of Suzuki GV, not large hand friendly. Shame they pulled out of N America.
is it H7 bulb??

Yes, should work on 2012, but man I have never had more difficult time to change bulb in any other vehicle 😊
The driver side high beam is impossible to change.. There is a giant cable wrapped up in the way

A zna ktoś może numer części a dokładnie tego drucianego zabezpieczenia co trzyma żarówkę?
Pozdrawiam wszystkich 😊🎉
I cant even pull the connectors out. Its literally stuck and is preventing me from even putting the bulb in.
Spray some WD40 around and wiggle it, sometime it get stuck
@@NewRoad okay thank you ill try it out
I thought it was bad to touch the bulb
It was - clean it before installation
Yes, it's bad because of the skin grease/oil or any other "grease" left on the bulb it will cause the bulb to overheat and fail faster than usual. :)
Вася, нельзя браться руками за колбу, потом кричат -лампы часто горят!
Ты прав Игорёк, твоя * шире. Но как ты будеш устанавливать професор? жоп*? 😂🤣
