Smith/Kotzen is the best rock album I’ve heard in years. I thought Richie had great chemistry with the guys in Winery Dogs but this project with Adrian kicks serious ass.
Such a hard working rocker, Richie Kotzen is. He just put out his 50/50 CD last year and then a year later, this Smith/Kptzen album. Just love his playing , his vocals and his songwriting. Patiently waiting for the Smith/Kotzen CD to arrive.

I think he's pretty flashy, but it's also not flashy for the sake of it. He can also lean back and still sound great, but his faster stuff is generally what I love about his lead playing.
Richie Kotzen is phenomenal, a complete musician and true musical inspiration. Although I prefer his solo work, this Smith/Kotzen collaboration works well. Great Musicians!
Preordered the vinyl, save vinyl orders for music I think is worthy of vinyl. Have heard all three teaser songs and loved them instantly. Debating on whether or not I’ll even open it. Possibly just buy the cd to listen to it. I think this album is going to be special. Been telling everyone about this album. Psyched to hear the rest of the music.
Seems like a really cool guy. I remember him joining Poison, but didn't really follow much after that. I'm glad Adrian collaborated with him because it's opened up his vast music activity and awesome playing. Pretty funny interview. Enjoyed it. Good job, dude.
Formally from the band Broken Pinnacle, the highly overrated banjo player Creepy Dan the Man is forming a new band called Spit. After years of displaying his talents honking on the bagpipes at street corners and in vacant malls, the Creepster (as he's known to his friends and fans alike) disclosed in a recent interview that he's secretly been married to Big Bo-bo of the Funky Funk Machine while operating a car wash in Kokomo for the last five and 3/4 years. The release of Spit's new album scheduled for later this year and just in time for Christmas has been postponed due to the COVID pandemic and the obstacle created by having to wear a surgical mask while blowing into his bagpipes, as well as sore fingers from practicing the banjo.
Not sure about Adrian smith he moves around on stage wearing silly looking pants for a man his age and dances like a cross between little Richard and boy George and he is always pouting like he is some god like guitarist not/ but kotzen now he can really play and he looks cool doing it.
I bet it’s going to be a great guitar rock album but will it be a band you can follow and anxiously await the next one? No. I want some good bands that last a while not the Chickenfoots or Winery Dogs.
@@alanwatson9330 I agree the guy is amazing. I’m talking a Band. I want some new really good bands. We lost 2 in Rush and Van Halen and I think this last tour will be it for AC/DC. Iron Maiden is still around but they need some company and I’m not talking bands like Greta Van Fleet who try to be great bands of the past. I want a real band or bands they can be super groups but they gotta stick for more than 2 - 3 albums. New music sucks. A couple new strong rock bands can bring rock back. I’m sure this record is going to be killer but they’re not going to make many if any more.
How do you NOT know of Adrian’s singing?!? Did u NOT do any homework or where you just stroking Kotzen’s ego?!? Adrian fronted multiple projects and handled backing for Maiden since Killers!!! Ugh

Crazy prolific
Ritchy is one of the best singers/musicians on the planet and not flashy but a killer guitar player
He is super flashy, check his early work. But now he holds back quite a bit. Which is fine.
