Organizational Capacity and Readiness for Implementation with a Research Partner

The overall purpose of this session was to help organizations understand their readiness and capacity to implement and study their implementation of evidence-based practices with support from a research partner. This session explained important aspects of organizational readiness leaders should consider as they plan for implementation. This session also discussed aspects of readiness related to partnering with communities and researchers.
