@G G Whatever that might mean lol. Majority of the chefs out there probably are not so keen on cooking at home after doing that all day at work, imagine working on a same project for days and weeks and extend to talk about it again and making a whole video on it. Sounds absolutely agonising, you’re basically making a single thing your entire life. One can perhaps talk about it once the projects are done and over with, but man not when I’m studying for it for day and night.
