First off, appreciate your videos, especially the mechanical breakdowns. My question with this one is that I see you teaching more of a back leg knee buckle as the first move to load up as opposed to hip first forward momentum I have seen in videos such as the deGrom break downs. What are your thoughts and do you have a preference?
