I’m almost convinced this is the one I want. I wonder how long your code will work? I do know I want rechargeable. Right now I’m shopping for and getting a smaller $30 range for my teen daughter. They do offer USB plug styles on the less expensive/cheaper ones but you get what you pay for, but it does open it up to opt to use a portable power pack like are available for phones. Me I need it to do all you use yours for and then some. I’m gonna look back into this brand later this year, for me. How sturdy is the actual light panel as in through the middle for putting pressure on it along with the cutting mat, and handling the tempered glass. ?does the tempered glass heat up much when ironing on it transferring the heat to the white plastic panel? I also hope the company has a two year Waranty I also want to know if the light is bright enough for patterns behind the heavy watercolor paper... for use with stamping and copying images onto the top of watercolor papers. I’ve used this one for many years cutting on top of it and traveling to classes and demos. Still love it. Works great and holds a charge a long time.
