    Could you theoretically create a mold in the equivalent of a screw press device that you put in an oven to heat for an amount of time? Would that work?

      Look around your area. There may be someone who has one and would be willing to let you use it for a fee. I have a friend, an elderly gentleman, right around the corner who has everything needed to make one of these. I help him do yardwork and stuff around the house whenever I need to use his shop. And if he needs a hand with something, he gives me a call. :)

    Nice work, thanks a lot for sharing. Unfortunately I don't have the tools/space and probably I will take months for that. One question you didn't answer, and in my eyes one of the crucial ones. How to create or get the moulds? How much heat do you apply usually?

    why did you grind out the grooves and drilled holes first in the aluminium? Aluminium is a soft metal, you can use woodtools for that. Didn't you have trouble with the grinding disc eating into the aluminium? You guys need a router! :)

    • @climatedeniersbelonginasyl4191
      @climatedeniersbelonginasyl4191 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Grinders work fine with aluminimum, you can use a milling wheel on a grinder with aluminium, just got to be careful.
