People complaining about the lack of amenities in the surrounding area - pubs, restaurants etc - should realise that the stadium will become the focal point of a huge amount of redevelopment and new infrastructure, in much the same way as Man City have revitalised a derelict part of East Manchester.
Some key errors unfortunately in this video, eddie howe not everton management, carillion built liverpools main stand not laing, octopus and coral reefs don't exist in the mersey etc still going to be amazing though

This video is very poorly made. Stock images of docks nowhere like Bramley Moore. Using Eddie Howe when talking about Everton management 😂. And also saying its created 'controversy among rival fans'. Utter bollocks
Set on the banks of the Mersey, on Regent Road, a 3 mile long industrial estate with a sewerage water works on one side and stinky cargoes and heavy industry on the other. There are no shops, no chippys and 1 pub. the nearest transport link is a 15 minute uphill walk to the train station. Shops wont open for three days trade in a month. It should have been built on Everton women`s pitch on Walton Park and gave Goodison Park to the women game.
@@Bailey-pd7md 2 home games a month, oh yeah the corporates will be fighting each other for such an amazing little amount of trade. and further to that, all my mates that are sad bitter blues are all tight fisted muppets. yeah so the titanic which is full of the upper middle classes, how many Evertonians can afford that prices range, this site choice has shat on the fans and their needs Its not like London where ``the river`` address is all glamorous, its 3 miles of working docks unloading stinking cargoes, You say develop the land, which land? there is one vacant lot next door which is still a dock, so unless its a water sport leisure hotel, it wont work. @@pklucky43 OH and why would I be bitter, I don't support a team that hasn't won anything for 38 years, Evertonian dads with grown up kids have not seen Goodison bring in a trophy. You say lego set LOL like those lego brickwork sets right around the new stadium. you do know those verticles of bricks are only half sets prefabricated off site LOL I would prefer a housing estate over a heavy industrial estate with no transport links within a mile. 😂 it's on the dock road there is nothing around there also saying it will bring in a million tourist in it's Everton 😂😂😂😂
Alan Ball wasn't playing for Everton in 1966 when England won the World Cup. He was a Blackpool player.
Alan Ball was still at Blackpool when we won the cup in 1966
this video is made by ai you can just tell, so many mistakes in it hahaha
Eddie Howe is nothing to do with Everton .. he manages Newcastle.. poor!
Howe is an Evertonian
So am I but I’m nothing to do with the stadium… why there is any sort of reference to him is mad.. AI must have been having an off day .!!

Sad to leave the old stadium. It's difficult to transplant your soul into another body. Up the Toffees! Love from Perthshire.

I understand your point, but this might be the change that Everton needs, it might boost morale and desire to be what they once were 🙏

Up the toffees 🎉😊
El diseño muy bonito
Interesting video, but come on using Newcastle United manager as though he was Everton manager, lazy...
It'll be the best stadium in the championship 😂

That's an awfully expensive stadium for the Championship lol
Off course Liverpool as with most cities was heavily bombed during the war.
