I like the most that they show my kids that you can be an exelent musicians, traveling the word bring people the joy of music without walking half naked on a stage . The inspierd my kids to learn and study on their instruments and singing harmonys together ( And yes Thankyou for being a good example to them) love from the Netherlands!

Just great! So I was recently on vacation in Spain, and I went to get my hair cut at a mall on the outskirts of Madrid. After some small talk, the barber asks me (since I’m from the US) “do I know the Peterson’s?” I was floored…told him I’m a fan. Man it’s a small world.

I think the Peterson’s could become internationally known. Trio Mandili, three gals from Georgia (country), have done it. They have over 1 M subscribers from all over the world. They sing in their own language which most listeners do not understand. Peterson gals are just as charming and they have a great rhythm section.
Emmett's riffs, hot stuff, done with his talent and skill. Petersens got a gem in Emmett

Danny Flowers wrote Tulsa Time while on tour with the late Don Williams. They were staying at a hotel in Tulsa and Danny wrote the song during a snowstorm. Danny is a gifted musician and songwriter.

What an excellent trio of voices!!
I was a hard core country music fan for decades starting in the 80s as a teenager. About 12 years ago I practically stopped listening to country music because so much of it just isn’t recognizable anymore. Then a couple of years ago I discovered the Petersons and fell in love with REAL country music again. I’m thankful I can go outside of FM radio to find good music these days.
They're quickly becoming my favorite band. Every song is fabulous
I've said many times on other videos how much I love Julianne and her voice, but this time I have to get on the "Get it Mama" train. She is the driving force in the back beat of this group and she does such a great job and sounds so good.

It's great to see the three girls sing back to back to back. You can get a feel for the uniqueness each brings. Amazingly talented. The son has a great voice too. What is really cool is when one is doing a solo, they all look so proud. That's love.

As a musician who appreciates stunning harmonies and impeccable instrumentalists The Peterson are nothing less than an incredibly talented musical family. Oh ya, PLEASE , persuade Emmett to become a permanent part of your awesome sound. I tell you that man is a joy to watch and listen to. Dobro excellence.

If you had told me that it was actually played live, I would not have believed it. Sung and played so perfectly. You really don't want to single out any of them because they are all perfect in their place. That is perhaps the secret of the Petersens. But- one should also mention the great microphone company Ear Trumpet Labs (I'm not paid, just a big fan) whose mics are a fantastic match for this wonderful group. The way they reproduce vocals from all sides and the instruments is truly phenomenal. I think it's great that the Petersens show here how "bluesy" they can be.

Wow, a great Don Williams song done by the wonderful Petersens in a manner that would have made him proud. The awesome singing by the girls (Ellen, Julianne, and Katie) knocks it out of the park, with stellar support by the band. It just doesn't get better than The Petersens!

Let's just hope that from where he is now Don Williams can listen to this and watch the Bluegrass fairies trio taking turns to sing his song - needless to mention the whole group effort for the signature rythm and solo arrangements. Masterful cover of a classic ! Taste and musical skills combined. Unless I am mistaken all the greats are cut in that material. Keep up the amazing work ! There is still hope in this world when you hear this.

Whew boy. I spent about 30 years in the music ministry in the Tulsa area and this was one of my favorite songs because of my love for that area of Oklahoma. Thanks Petersens for such a great rendition of this song. You guys just keep on blessing.

These three young ladies are amazing to me. Singing their parts each and playing together, what a beautiful family.
This is top-notch again, The Petersens know how to make music that pleases. Also, Emmett with the Dobro is incredible. Each of the girls have a unique voice, but when I heard Julianne it was there again, the goose skin. There is something very special about her voice, something distinctive, well anyway, I like it excellently.
Thank you to all the family and to Emmett Franz, may God protect you all and bring you through the dark times.
I compare Julianne's voice to the voice of Dolores O'Riordan (who unfortunately is no longer with us) lead singer of The Cranberries!
Had to google who is the mandolin player and sure enough, Julianne. I have the same reaction when I hear her singing voice. It's like quartz. Hard yet brittle, often fractures in a beautiful way.

This song is a perfect example of harmony being a mixture of different sounds to make a single sound better than the individuals. Such different beautiful voices, but together it doesn't get any better!
What in the world did you guys do to me? I turned on your video and before I knew it my right foot was going up and down , next thing I knew my left knee was dipping, next thing I knew my hips were swaying , next thing I knew I was dancing around the kitchen, if anyone went by and looked in the window they think I was having a seizure when I was just living on Petersen time,👍 by the way that was a fantastic song, everyone in the band was excellent it was Rhythm attic hypnotic an out-of-this-world. Thank you so much. That was so good I feel like I should have paid at least $100 for a ticket. Excuse me while I go listen again.
Love Don Williams! He's difficult to cover but this arrangement does it perfectly. Very nicely done! As a big fan of his, I salute you. It's a big accomplishment to do it this well. I actually forgot that it was a cover. That's how good it is.
