Omg patrick what's going on with the housing prices, are there any starting prices of 200k in the second phases of rainbow ridged, the website don't show them, i am looking from 200k-215k
The housing market has gone up quite a lot in the last few months. It has been a mix of lumber and material prices shooting up, demand is up a lot of people wanting to buy homes and low interest rates. I don't think there is anything at 200k from this builder right now :(
Average down payment with iffy credit ? Lol or what kind of down payment would 1 need to have there mortgage around 8 to 9 hundred a month ? Thanks in advance
Yeah the closet is big but not a lot of shelf space it’s just one piece of shelf I would kinda put the shelf up and down cross each other like the house in Retama now that was a nice house I actually was my favorite house you showed here [Gosh Dang!!!!]
This is a lovely home. It looks like a typical DFW home. What is missing is storage space. I don’t like storing things just in the closets, I would prefer a utility storage room. The garages are now made at dimensions of 18x20. Why won’t the builders make them longer so the additional storage can be utilized by the homeowner? One other thing; it should be standard for a home to have outside venting for the stove area. Too many homes are outfitted with a microwave unit which recirculates the greasy air onto the upper cabinets. It’s impractical. And finally, a concrete slab outside where both garbage cans can sit. I hope home builders will take note of this. 😁
Thank you for watching and commenting! You may like the additional storage space we have in the Boston floor plan. It has a 7x7 storage space in the garage! You can see that floor plan here: th-cam.com/video/wWUk-NqFKFs/w-d-xo.html
very nice property. My family and I are looking to relocate to the Fort Worth area. I need a bigger backyard tho. What is something like this going for now? Thank you for this video
It isn't as narrow as it seems in the video, we have had several home owners that put king size beds in their master bed rooms. So far, I haven't heard about any issues moving furniture in it!
Slow down bro… some of us are watching on large tv screens…. I got whiplash and motion sickness while in the kitchen 🤣🤣🤣 and get a gimbal bro it will help smooth out the videos.
This community is in southwest Fort Worth. The current phase is sold out but they are developing a 3rd and 4th phase now. There is an HOA, it is $165/year and the tax rate is 2.91%
It blows my mind the amount of house you get in the US for this price! 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage and a decent size garden! Crazy! . $200k is about £150k in the UK and that would get you a shitty house, with no garage, small garden, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In an average area.
@@lizatuazonliza2677 no ma'am, this particular home is sold. Phase 2 is currently sold out but they are developing 2 more phases. We've also have about 30 other communities throughout the dfw we build in as well!
Thanks for watching and commenting! I can't answer those questions but there are probably some good websites you could google to see. I can tell you I was there selling in the community for a year and a half or so and didn't have any issues.

Hey Pasadena Pexman! We don't have any 2 story homes in this price range right now. When we start building phase II, you can build a 2 story base price around 260K

The dfw area does get Tornadoes but it's kind of hit and miss. I've lived in Texas my whole life and we have had a lot of tornado warnings but luckily never had one hit too close to me. For flooding we don't really have that as an issue, if we do it's more so flash flooding where we get an enormous amount of rain in a short amount of time. For our homes though, we build them with slopes of the sides for water run off and drainage!
@@tx_7134 I'm not sure about adding a basement but I imagine it would be pretty expensive. What may be a better option is to have a steel storm room installed in the garage or closet after you move in and use that as a tornado shelter. That i imagine would be 10k or less to have done.
