      What documents I need to buy house.?

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Once you fill out an application with a lender, they will ask you about your income, debts and social security number to pull your credit. After that they will request copies of your W2 and/or 1099, tax returns, pay stubs, etc. Hope that helps!

    The Garage space look solid! But, the guest bedroom closet look small that's no good. When Builder have all that land to make the guess closet to be bigger, it should be the same size as the washer and dyer space. I don't like the brown title because it show stain very easy if you come from out side with anything on your feet.

      We have a bunch of different colors for cabinets, tiles, granite, etc! We have a new 2 story plan under construction that I think you'll really like. I'm going to make a video on it when it's done. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms with a game room upstairs. It is 2,888 square feet with a large owner's suite and big covered patio!

    is it possible to buy a house in cash?
    Is the price the same?

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      For sure, you can buy with cash. The price is usually going to be the same but depending on the market or specific community, you can always ask and see if they are accepting offers.

      Also , what is the monthly payment for something like this?

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We don't currently have any homes starting under 200k. We do have a town home community called coventry townhomes that starts in the low 200's though.

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Something like this or a new home around the 225K range would be in the $1,650/month range. That would also depend on how much you put as a down payment and what the current interest rates are.

    How much it cost with full appliances

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Our homes come with the oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal! You can add a fridge, washer and dryer but that is not very common. You could add those other items for a few thousand most likely or find them on sale at appliance companies!

    Why houses in Texas so cheap ? Here in Canada (Alberta) you pay twice more for the same house..

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      A lot of things in Texas are more affordable. Specifically to real estate, I think a lot of the lower prices come from the vast amount of land we have so it's not as expensive here to buy the land and develop it. I visited Canada last year, it was pretty expensive lol
