35-40 Pieces Fresh Okra
Assorted Meats (Cowfoot & Smoked Turkey)
2 Big Red bell pepper (Tatashe)
4 Scotch Bonnet Peppers (Atarodo)
Smoked prawns
2 Table Spoon Locust Beans (Iru}
Onions
2 Seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
