- Homemade power wapper, designed and cutte by me at my work on a laser. for those who want the DXF files i can provide them for free. All others pieces that i bhought for it i will update link's with them these days. i made it with less than 150 dolars( chuck, v-profiles, belt, gt2 timing wheels,switch power ),the rest of all parts including the o-ring wheels are made on laser:) hope you like it, please subscribe, like and comment if u have questions. i will respond as quickly as i can. enjoy it

As for wheels on which rod rests I use the wheels for rolerblades ,which are available as spare parts for rolerblades,they are little bigger then Yours on video,but they have bearing inside and are made of rubber,the inner diameter for the bolt to atach is 8mm,the outer diameter of the wheel is 76mm but there is also smaller version with outer diameter around 60mm version . Very nice homemade wrapper

Not sure if you are happy using springs for tension on your thread carriage. I made my own thread carriage also, prefer the round magnets placed at opposite poles. Gives me a much better thread tension.
But it will atract each other on that distance? 5 cm almost a thread spool

As for springs I use the springs which are on bicycle wheel under the bolt with which you tighten the bicycle wheel

The wheels are made by me on laser. You can't fiind them:)

Hi. Give me your email and i send you all the dxf files. You can open on your pc or phone via some programs autocad. There you see all dimensions.
Where did you get the base for this?
Hy. I made it myself on laser at work. From 1.8 mm sheet. Bend it after, holes in line at laser as well for the v-slot aluminiun profiles.
You can buy an aluminium profile for curtains which has this sort of groove through the lenght of the profile, in the midle,there are few versions 3m lenght with one groove,2 grooves or three grooves or 2,5m or 2m lenght, because it is made from aluminium,it is reccomended to bolt it on some harder material undetneath it,because of the lenght it tends to bend if not bolted on something.
Where can i order the control pedal?
