Thank you so much.🙌🏼 I’m gonna listen to it at least twice a day✌🏽 and when they noticed about myself is that I never yawn ever ever ever I didn’t realize that until I started doing these tappings and they make me on, and it helps me relax in my body but other than when I tap, I never yawn, no matter how tired I am
@Julieschiffman do you have one to help with sleep? It's been months now that I only sleep two hours that's it. I try the rest of the night to get back to sleep with meditations with no luck. How I manage to keep going is a miracle. Thank you
