    I am thanking God that my Chiropractor told me about you a few years back and thanking God for you and your wonderful wisdom. I couldn't imagine how I was to get myself going today. Then I saw your email about this new video. The tears are just a streaming down my cheeks, and I would say I started at a 9 and now a 6. I will take it!!! THANK YOU!!

    Thank you. This is an excellent tapping sequence with clear, straightforward wording that I appreciated after trying a few complicated nervous system regulation programs. And the physical improvement was noticeable without being overwhelming.

    This is exactly what I need‼️ My primary goal is to call my nervous system and get out of fighter flight and this helps me so much. Thank you so much.🙌🏼 I’m gonna listen to it at least twice a day✌🏽 and when they noticed about myself is that I never yawn ever ever ever I didn’t realize that until I started doing these tappings and they make me on, and it helps me relax in my body but other than when I tap, I never yawn, no matter how tired I am

      @Julieschiffman do you have one to help with sleep? It's been months now that I only sleep two hours that's it. I try the rest of the night to get back to sleep with meditations with no luck. How I manage to keep going is a miracle. Thank you

    That felt great Julie!! I was at a 5 then went down to 2. Also was going to start using the other eft for nervous system video you have out but this morning I find a new one of the same topic. I love it! I tapped while on commute to work and I feel a lot calmer and more at ease before my day ahead. Ahhh. I will continue to do this one. Thank you Julie it’s as if you heard me haha.
