- Golem: the brute, the nightmare, the undertaker, This behemoth boast huge limb and strike damage, he also has excellent reads against grapples. With an SPA of Armor which greatly exceeds more than his base defense. at this point, the newcomers here will need to learn how to do double team attacks and be able to work with their partner efficiently.
The combat in this game is so unique! It's a shame we'll likely never see a remaster

Always loved the combat system, punishes you if you're a button masher and defending takes skill specially in higher difficulties
Imagine having to fight someone and you watch him throw his previous opponent through a wall. Easily one of my favorite introduction to a boss character. Pure intimidation.
He’s got the face and eyes of a killer too especially when you fight him the second time and that heartbeat in the cutscene intensifies. Sheesh

I remember back then when ps2 is turned to a video game shop where you have to put coins in it, back then i was playing this alone and there are bystanders watching me take golem alone with no back up and was amazed lol. they said they cant finish the mission and tried many times lucky for them i am playing in my home so basically i knew what was gonna happened and helped them out.

Defence is too good but brad's strike and grapple are not take more damage on golem. Take Grimm and play. I played and it's take me only 19 second to take down golem.

Can you give some tips to reverse grapple break..
Their no simple way to explain really, you either gotta predict the grapple or react to it, as far as reacting to it, most grapples are so hard to react to, this games grapple system is just a matter of mashing the square button plus the direction on your joystick, the least you could do is avoid grapples and spam ur own.
