    Thank you for such a wonderful explanation. Could you give me more information on the Prediction Model you mentioned @8:55 with regards to tracking data? Also, please share any article where you received this information as you mentioned that Facebook itself tells this. Thanks a lot!

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The prediction model is not something where they tell us how they're doing it, but it should be known that this data is not fully accurate. That's why you want to verify your own data in the back end using UTM parameters, CAPI and verification in your CRM or e-commerce dashboard.

    If a business has several clone websites for different countries, do you recommend 1 pixel per website, 1 pixel per country for all websites or 1 pixel per website per country?

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If all the customers would be the same type, and the focus is the same, then you can have 1. You can also have several if you want to keep them more separate but 1 would be fine in this circumstance.

    • @Guilopes99
      @Guilopes99 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AllieBloyd okay, so we basically want a pixel per "business purpose - audience". If we have very different audiences, then maybe we can have pixel A to be used for every country for business purpose A, and for the other very different purpose (B) we can use pixel B.
      Is there any difference on creating the pixel per ad account instead of per business manager?
      Thanks for your content! Helps me stay up to date.

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Guilopes99 Yes, ultimately the pixel is gathering data on ideal leads or those who will buy. If the audience or the product/service they will buy is different, it's best to separate.

    • @Guilopes99

      @@AllieBloyd in our case is for a more corporate / institutional presence and related communications, not even for selling purposes so it looks even a bigger difference 🙂 thanks!
      Do you recommend creating them at ads account or business manager?

    How do i deduplicate events?

  • @nutramicoro643
    @nutramicoro643 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    When copying the pixel to headers and footers, I found that there is a Facebook domain verification code. So, Do I need t to paste the pixel under the domain verification or does the Facebook pixel needs to be first? Also, can I remove the Headers and Footers plugin after I insert the code, and its need to be in place in my dashboard? thanks

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The code can be installed in several ways. I like the DNS TXT record personally. You can paste it above or below in the header section as well. No, you need to keep it if that's the method you're using.

    Does setting up the aggregated events, prioritising from highest to lowest can also help to speed up the 50 optimisation events in learning limited?

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Learning limited is based on several factors, such as number of conversions, audience size and ad objective.

    Hey there I’m hoping you could possibly give some advice and insight on three specific questions.
    Since post IOS as you’re already aware has caused data loss in ad reporting.
    To address this I’m using CAPI which I hired someone on Upwork to help me set up using google tag manager for events to be sent through a server as well as my browser.
    Which has worked to send all of my events including purchase events to Facebook.
    But the problem is, even though Facebook is receiving the purchase events which I can see being tracked in the events manager…
    For some reason only some of my purchase events are being reported back as conversions in the ads manager, and I’m not able to get accurate data to know which campaign or ad set the sales are coming from.
    So with that said I have some quick questions I’m hoping you can help me with…
    1) Is there anything else I may have missed that is causing Facebook to be unable to link the purchase events to the ads in the ads manager reporting?
    2) Does running ads without the data being picked up properly by Facebook “dumb down” the Facebook AI resulting in an impact to all my ads and future ads I run?
    3) How do you determine to scale the correct ad sets when not sure which ad sets are doing well due to data not being received accurately in Facebook?

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is still due to ios14. I use highlevel to verify where all events are coming from (our CRM). We also use UTM parameters for all conversion campaigns to track them back individually. You can't make the right decisions if you don't know where the purchases are coming from.

    Love your walk through! However, I'm having trouble verifying my domain still. Do you know the steps to take if the domain is "verified by another business manager"? My company doesn't have another business manager so it's not like i can request it from an old account and Facebook hasn't gotten back to me on how to solve this. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    • @AllieBloyd
      @AllieBloyd 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to have it removed from the other business manager. Someone else must haver verified it in their business manager. You would have to contact anyone who has done work for your company on facebook ads to see who has verified it and ask them to remove it from the account so you can verify it in yours.

    since they are no longer have analytics platform like Google Analytics.
