She's constantly asking for advances, so they know she's got nothing for them to sue. The best they can do is just drop her and dab on any lawyer she sends their way.
DG was like “this is so crazy it just might work”. All she had to do was sit at home, market the product and try to come up with new recipes and she would’ve brought in 10x more than she was requesting. Some people want to be the victim so bad, they can’t see any other option.

I was just thinking that! It’s like she thought she got this company to be her sugar daddy and now they have to pay child support or something! Just ridiculous

She's one of those examples of stupidity being hyped instead of punished.
I would say she is being punished for her own stupidity right now. She is apparently broke and has burnt all of her new bridges. She’s not exactly right back where she started, but with her reputation in tatters she might be even worse off than before. Her career choice is being professional chef and she is now famous for being someone who thinks a food product containing milk doesn’t require refrigeration, not knowing a food product required FDA approval, and for showing no gratitude to the one company willing to help her. But even with kids like just get a full-time job and rent like a two bedroom apartment or something that 120k can be a safety net for so long for your family. it can pay for daycare so you can work your full time job. They were calling out all of the terrible business practices the pink cause lady made. Our own professor even called her an idiot for believing that a business should always pay the royalties before having to deal with the expenses. I mean, no company works like that. I am worried about her children, though.
One of my marketing tutors at university also used her as an example of why PR teams are so important for a brand. We also had to analyse pretty much everything that she said in the Karamo show to illustrate how even little or seemingly meaningless comments can have a negative impact on how people associate a face to a brand.
Oh boy, hope she doesn't hear about schools using her as an example of bad business practices, or she'll make herself look like an even bigger fool by trying to sue them or something.

Her living situation was not Dave’s gourmet’s responsibility whatsoever. And on top of that, they were STILL supporting her. That’s unheard of by most companies. She’s absurd.
She was given such an amazing opportunity despite the initial reception of her pink sauce and she blew it. So many others would kill for that chance but she didnt do any social media marketing for it and blew through all her money and has the audacity to say daves gourmet defrauded her and her kids are starving and beg people for money. What a foool
I can't even imagine calling up Daves Gourmet and trying to explain why they should pay for your clothes, shoes, birthday party on top of the $10k promotional fund already asked for. How embarrassing. To think her kids are having to skip meals because of her mental condition she should be institutionalized
Anyone who made her famous should be locked up in an insane asylum. Every tiktok moron should be heald just as accountable since they are solely responsible for her fame at this point...
I get the feeling she's new poor. Old poor can make 10,000 really stretch far. Plus, her original recipe called for a LOT of dragonfruit. Those aren't high yield, they're very expensive.
The only reason I can think of why she blew through 120k in 6 months, is that she thinks she is just like other famous celebrities or influencers, your Kardashians, your MatPats, your Justin Beibers, you know, so she thinks that she can blow through money like no tomorrow and won't have any problem. She obviously learned how wrong he was the hard way.
@WisconsinWomensVB I wasn't saying MatPat and the Kardashians were on the same level. I was saying ChefPii probably thought she was near someone as rich as someone with 4 successful TH-cam channels or someone on the level of a Kardashian when she clearly wasn't.
The kids will be the exact image of her or the opposite. Most likely they’ll be like her. Shameless, with an inflated ego. I wonder why hasn’t child protection intervened. Oh well.
I agree. The first instinct I thought she would have when she got all those payments she did nothing to earn was use it to move into a decent apartment or house and made sure the kids were fed and put in a good school. But I should've known with great money comes great irresponsibility with her.
She could of had it made, all she had to do was keep her mouth shut and sell when the hype peaked, no responsibility, no ties left, and she could have been sipping Margarita's in the Bahamas while ensuring her kids get into a great school, but the call for that precious clout was just too strong and she blew it
My take from all this is that Dave's Gourmet seems like a really nice company, the fact they put up with her bs for so long and continued to try and help her through it all says a lot. I can't imagine blowing 100k+ in just six months like that, shit even 10k is crazy. Hope they cut ties with her for good and somehow regain their losses.

She went from stupid to literally risking herself being sued for defamation. DG has done a great job in explaining what is actually going on, with receipts and everything, and she is literally just lying over and over and hasn't seen any consequences yet so thinks she never will

Best bit of advice I ever heard was “If you get a huge windfall like a lottery win, do not tell anyone. Not a soul, not even your family. Immediately get yourself a financial advisor and a lawyer. The advisor will help you be responsible with the money, and the lawyer will help you ringfence some money for your family if you want to give them any, and put the amount in writing so if one of them try to be greedy you are legally protected.”
best advice I know is to be humble with your money, no matter how much you earn. It can all go south extremely quickly, faster than most people realize. Not just in the case of Chef Pii, cuz she's probably full of bs and don't deserve shit anyway, but it's actually ridiculously easy to be reckless with a lump sum if you're like most people. By using as much as you need and continuing to simply do what you love, absolutely anyone can easily live on $100k for a few years.
@@SamoIsKingTHIS. I try to to exercise a little bit of grace with Pii because I don’t doubt she genuinely did not initially understand mass market condiment production/safety or even have the financial literacy to handle 10s of thousands of dollars of windfall, but I also feel she spends way too much time blaming others instead of taking accountability and hiring a lawyer and financial advisor (and heck, that could be one person) who could help fix her shit and get her and her family on track to security. I do think people are too hard on how she looks and sounds, but her foolhardiness has made life that much tougher for her family for years to come. There’s probably a connection between her decision making and the flash of social media but I’ve talked long enough!

She should just accept that she made a ranch sauce mix at home like we all make with what's in our fridges and pantries for something to dip our pizza crusts in, then she made it pink.
She's lucky Dave's Gourmet is being as cool about this as they are. They could easily get her for slander and take everything she has left. However, they're playing it smart and keeping their public imagine so much better than hers.

So many others would kill for that chance but she didnt do any social media marketing for it and blew through all her money and has the audacity to say daves gourmet defrauded her and her kids are starving and beg people for money. What a foool
I believe the term is 'Welfare Queen'
“ She truly got lost in the sauce. “
What an amazing exit for this video. I love Lawyer Charlie.
I can't even imagine calling up Daves Gourmet and trying to explain why they should pay for your clothes, shoes, birthday party on top of the $10k promotional fund already asked for. How embarrassing. To think her kids are having to skip meals because of her mental condition she should be institutionalized
She probably thinks that she’s the product, and not the sauce.
Anyone who made her famous should be locked up in an insane asylum. Every tiktok moron should be heald just as accountable since they are solely responsible for her fame at this point...
@@ryansteffen8169I don’t think either should be the product
@@ryansteffen8169Hopefully, at this rate, she's not a product in the sauce.
I get the feeling she's new poor. Old poor can make 10,000 really stretch far. Plus, her original recipe called for a LOT of dragonfruit. Those aren't high yield, they're very expensive.
I'm constantly impressed by her ability to dodge accountability
Never trust a woman who talks like a minor. Especially if they’ve got pink or blue hair. Gents stay faaaar away from these types of women.
its impressive that she still has her kids
Watch her dodging child support while blaming the father.
She hasn’t learned anything, apart from the fact that playing the victim will apparently get her bills paid.
i agree, but putting the kardashians and matpat on the same level is incredible
@@WisconsinWomensVBlegit, I had to reread 😭
M-MatPat??
@WisconsinWomensVB I wasn't saying MatPat and the Kardashians were on the same level. I was saying ChefPii probably thought she was near someone as rich as someone with 4 successful TH-cam channels or someone on the level of a Kardashian when she clearly wasn't.
I honestly felt bad for her kids. I can’t imagine how her kids are going through in public and in school.
Kids were brutal when I was in school. From what I’ve seen it’s worse now so I can only hope they’re not being tormented:/
@@pbee.njayay444they probably are ☹️
The kids will be the exact image of her or the opposite.
Big reveal: She doesn't have kids. It's just another part of her multiple scams.
I love how she could just go back to advertising it on tiktok to make money but actively chooses not to.

She was getting around $7k a month (after FL taxes) and she couldn't secure an apartment and stable living situation for her kids. She reminds me of a former coworker who has always lived paycheck to paycheck, has previously drained his 401K, has a 1 year old kid and is in his mid 40's while being a bartender with no benefits.
How do you make 7k a month in Florida and not find a place to stay 😭 if I was making that there I’d be SET
She went from stupid to literally risking herself being sued for defamation. DG has done a great job in explaining what is actually going on, with receipts and everything, and she is literally just lying over and over and hasn't seen any consequences yet so thinks she never will
"She truly got lost in the sauce" Such a perfect line.
I can't believe she went through so much money in that short of time, I'm shocked, disappointed, and a little impressed on how stupid somebody could be.
@OfficerBMT Your wife says it's time for bed sport, don't make a scene now, I don't wanna have to hog tie you and show you how your wife likes real men again... humiliating you isn't fun for me son...
IT DOES NOT COST $240,000 A YEAR TO BE HOMELESS. I've struggled with poverty, and the phrase "It's expensive to be poor" is true for a number of reasons, but if I'd received half of what she received OUT OF A SAUCE COMPANY'S GOOD WILL AND CHARITY my life would be completely different.
XD right? It's more like 15-24k depending on your area
Homeless? 120k can get you a small house with a tiny mortgage. That’s an absurd statement.

Genuinely hope the publicity she wanted so bad ends up backfiring on her and getting her kids taken away. No child should be raised by a child.
This is the kind of “new money” mentality that highlights how pisspoor uneducated and unprepared she was to take such an opportunity.
Literally everything described here sounds like the result of giving a poor person more than they’ve ever held in cash and seeing them splurge in what they think “rich people” do.
Her spending it all was something I saw billions of miles away.
And then, the beautiful prince said: 2:23
He could say “excuse me” ya mook😒
Nah 😭
Imagine if Sam O’ Nella did a cover on this whole pink sauce debacle.
The FACT that a "chef" didn't know what the FDA was and that your food cannot be made in your home kitchen and sent to customers blew my mind. She blew the money on new boobs (apparently from what she said). It's just shows that some people expect everything to be done for them. When the real world came a knockin', "chef" p went awalkin'.
Fun fact: the F in FDA does not stand for "food", it was placed there to pay respects to all the people who died from Pink Sauce
To be fair you actually can make food in your home kitchen and sell it. Depending on state you would need a permit or not but it’s entirely legal. Across state lines has a bit more regulations but some foods are fine for that as well
@@FaticusDolphiniusYou're not wrong, but literally any self-respecting chef would know on a general level that the FDA deals with food in addition to drugs. She didnt even know that.

My favorite part about this, is that hate isn’t making her famous. Her product isn’t selling. No matter how many times she shoves herself into the spotlight by trying to get hate, people just don’t care. While most people can use hate to get famous, she’s failing so much that she can’t even get people to give her hate fame. 😂😂😂😂
I feel bad for the folks at Dave’s Gourmet. They wanted to invest in the hype, not the crazy delusion. Granted, they should have done a better job vetting their business partner, but maybe she was really good at hiding her crazy.

Nah, she was already a hot mess by the time they picked up her pink sauce. She had already sent out contaminated product, admitted to not knowing what the FDA is and why it's relevant to her business, and was getting into arguments on tiktok and on a national tv show with people who were unhappy with or criticized her product. did I have a headache when I wrote this?
She treated DG like a piggy bank with stupid claims, spent money like she unlocked the infinite money glitch and actually tried to bite the hand that fed her by trying to sue them for more money.
This has to be some kind of NPC created by a glitch in the universe. There is no way she is a human being the same as the rest of us.
You summed up my exact thoughts perfectly. She really thought she found a golden goose, and she could just stick her hand out and demand more money whenever she wanted. The level of delusion is just... unreal.
She's like a lottery winner. Doesn't fully appreciate the huge sum of money they didn't deserve so they spend it all fast and hard
There’s probably a connection between her decision making and the flash of social media but I’ve talked long enough!

new theory here, the pink sauce she consumed at the time when she still owned it, destroyed a majority of her brain cells thus bringing her to this downward spiral
my pet theory is she hit the sauce so hard it made her hair permanently pink
She was so close to becoming a successful businesslady. If she had slightly more intelligence or at least a family member who cared about her spending she’d be fine
She didn't even need to be smarter. She managed to make six figures off a rotten sauce with a handoff to someone competent. She just had to have any amount of integrity, discipline, or self awareness and not even all three.
No it's deeper than that. It's her character that is causing her failures.
I’m just surprised that anyone was even interested in her products to begin with. Godamn people are dumb
@@bac1308those three things require intelligence
Let's not overblow it. The novelty of pink sauce would eventually wear off and it's s not like this lady is pumping new product ideas every day to sustain a business. It would've been a short lived endeavour either way she just made it even shorter.
She should just accept that she made a ranch sauce mix at home like we all make with what's in our fridges and pantries for something to dip our pizza crusts in, then she made it pink.
It’s got pomegranate juice in it; so she mixed Pom with ranch dressing
