In today's video we show you a series of exercises to treat the knee in cases of EXTERNAL LATERAL LIGAMENT SPRAIN. These exercises should not cause you pain.
You should do them after at least 7-10 days after the sprain.
These exercises should be performed once a day.
These exercises can cause discomfort but never pain. In this case, go to your Physiotherapist for a personalized guide.
