I suspect that the Guild bases are: -Flying city of the 8 Greed Kings -Some Teocracy temple over there -The Dwarf capital -An abbandon Guild Base over there
Since it was shown in the side stories that there are numerous World Items out there in the New World not already owned by Nazarick which Ainz and Keno found, they may have also found some guild bases.
That's a sude story that may or may not be true......it was told from the view point of Aniz going to the world alone, with out the tomb and having to survive in a different place than where the tomb came to in the Light novel.
Tier Magic didn't ruin Wild Magic, it merely shifted the balance of power. Originally, only Dragons had the ability to use magic, which made them godly powerful compared to all the other races. But once the first players introduced Tiered Magic into the world, the dragon's monopoly on the situation was severely impacted.
i'd assume that given Dragon's reputation for Pride and greed, anything that Lessened the value of something they owned(Wild magic in this case) could be considered "Tainting" it.
good point, but not a fact PDL clearly said that because tier magic tainted the new world, it would be almost impossible to recreate a certain item, if he was talking about power balance, then why would it be almost impossible to recreate it?
@@voice-less The world item level wishes used to alter the way magic worked, might have made changes to the new world's mechanics rather than simply introduce Yggdrasil mechanics.
Just one small correction, the Exchange Box or "Shredder" is not connected to Guild Bases in any way. At least it was never mentioned. It seems to be just a magic item of sorts, used by players to produce YGDRASSIL gold from whatever they put in it. It is also mentioned the Merchant classes can get improved conversion rates with the "Shredder", which is why Ainz orders Pandora's Actor to use it, while taking the form of one of the Supreme Beings that was a Merchant.
Owning and maintaining a guild base within Yggdrasil was expensive. It wasn't something just anyone could do just because they had some level 100 Players. I think if the SGG had one that came to the New World, then it would have at least been alluded to by now. The floating city that belonged to the EGK was been referenced a few times, even by ones who weren't alive back then, so it's legend at least remains.
i think the number of guild bases in the game was not exactly common but a decent guild would be able to afford a guild base, i think upon reaching the gates of E-rantel Ainz begins to see a little why so many guilds took cities as their bases. Plus if some of those cities were transported to the new world they would most likely be able to remain financially secure even without a small army of players.
We do know with the bonus chapters ainz was transported alone when he was outside, but that the base was brought to join him 200 years later. I think the key is guild members in the base and guild leaders period. With just the guild leader the bases seem to join the normal century pool of possible spawns while with members in the base its instant regardless. So its possible the bases alone may spawn if guild leaders where in the player pool and died since then.
I think the guild base Nazarick was Tp because the Guild ainz ooal gown use World Item in their base to protect them from other World Item and i think the reason people go in the new world is because they have World Item so Nazarick was tp and that can be 1 reason why Momonga and Nazarick was Tp in the same time the base protect him
due to the lack of even suspected guild bases i would guess that one of two things happened with the guild bases from the game. 1) there are even more conditions that need to be met perhaps as well as the guild base needing to be near a world item it also needs to have a certain size or have a player inside of it, for nazarick this is true since there are multiple world items within its walls, it is massive even comparable to a small city, and ainz wanted to spend his last moments in game remembering what he and and friends had achieved or 2) all (or at least most) of the ruins in the new world are/were guild bases that were transported to the new world but did not have a player (and thus a guild) to maintain it so it fell into disrepair. but since the guild base would only be able to be used by the guild or captured by a rival guild the inhabitants of the new world are unable to do anything more than loot them since they dont have the "permission" to build/edit. it could also be argued that since nazarick had multiple world items and the staff of ainz ooal gown that the entire base was able to be transported along with the npc's who are the same as the creatures of the new world apart from their level, unlike other suspected bases like the flying city or as i theorize the many ruins which are occupied by low level entities. its also worth noting that ainz finally realized why so many guilds took cities as their guild bases in the game upon reaching E-rantel so it might be that the main cities have their origin as guild bases and how two neighboring nations (the kingdom and empire) have developed such wildly differing styles of clothing and architectures despite their proximity.
Ainz was sitting on the thrown which is a works item. I imagine that a similar world item that has to be associated with the base itself not just the player had to exist in order for the base to transfer into the new world. There are probably only a few bases that have a world item that is associated with the base so there are probably only a couple of bases in the new world.
My theory on the guild bases being so rare is because of the throne being a world item so that's why it came over. They may need to be tied to one to have been moved.
Well, if a huge invasion consisting of thousands of players, probably equal to the greed kings, could not defeat Ainz, than why a single dragon from this world can pose any serious threat?
One single World item can control or kill Ainz. Without preparation and knowledge Nazarick can né destroyed. Imagine If instead of the Green Fields they got transported next to another guildbase, more prepared than them.

most of this theory assumes that all the players came from the shutting down of the game but its more likely that a lot of these players and their guilds were transported there when the game was shut down for server maintenance
I can't recall reading any maintenance gold upkeep to run nazarick. I thought yggdrasil gold usage was only on, resurrecting npc, mercercenary scroll, and certain pop monsters (which currently disabled). And nazarick is running on very low setting security right now.
Also trap & defense and accelerated repair I believe the guild itself also produce it own currency but typically less than what is require for upkeep; many of which are disabled to minimized upkeep.
The impression I got was, guild bases of various sizes and qualities got pulled in if their players were nearby enough for them to render when they themselves got pulled in to the new world. I figure that not only were other guild bases pulled, but that could actually be the way some of the races of the New World actually came there in the first place. Until evidence otherwise is presented I'm actually under the assumption that all the fantasy core races, such as elves, dwarves, humans and whatnot are actually the descendants of Guild NPC's. The first few guilds populated the continents. Then the BIG guild bases became the Genesis of powerful nations as they spawned in large numbers of people of various core races, already awash in populations of said races seeded by less powerful bases that came earlier.
It's also possible at the time of transportation to the new world they weren't within their guild base, but instead out in the wilderness of the old world.
Regardless of PDL living in a guild base, or even paying for its upkeep, he would need to be a guild member to activate the base. Or, a recognised rival guild that conquers it. Daniel Ketley is that is the case I wonder why he doesn’t just get Demi to ramp up production and spawn in dozens of high levelled mercenaries... conquer easily that way
Louth He did say he didn’t want to conquer through force, as it would create to many enemy’s. but he probably does use the scroll to produce a crap ton of gold though, (I know I would) but yeah he has got a really easy way to create the strongest army ever seen in the new world, or even even Yggdrasil
I wonder how high of a tier that the frost dragons skin can hold, Maybe 7th tier?

I would guess your probably right , as tier 10 scrolls will probably need a dragon Lord's hide to make , unfortunately dragon Lord class don't just appear like in a game as spawns in the new world so Ainz has 1 frozen froze Dragon Lord carcass to make stuff and maybe another tier 7 stuff to make out of the 2nd eldest son of the Dragon lord body .
evan yong I agree, but seeing as dragons of the new world are so much weaker than those in Yggdrasil, is their hide as valuable? E.g normal dragon = 7th tier scrolls but true dragon Lord = 10th tier scrolls
When more anime?
