The perfect desi martini to tickle your senses. This concoction has been a winner at our home and hope you enjoy it. Please subscribe to this channel for an exciting new cocktail every Friday!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
•60 ml vodka
•20 ml rose 🌹 water 💧
•5-10 ml lime juice
•1 tsp gulkand or paan masala
•1 finely chopped betel nut leaf 🍃
•10-12 cubes of ice 🧊
Method:
•Add the gulkand, beetle leaf 🍃 and lime juice to a martini shaker and muddle it with a pestle until you all ingredients are crushed together
•Drop in the ice 🧊, vodka and rose 🌹 water and shake well for 30-45 seconds to ensure you get a well blended mixture
•Strain and pour contents into a martini glass and garnish with a fresh paan
