Some ppl are wearing T shirts no jackets. Some in shorts. Some dresssed like it’s winter. Some like it’s spring or summer. What is the temperature
Alaskans walk around in weather like that with no jackets, shorts and barefoot sandals, tourists walk around like it's an Antarctic expedition.
