Is there a reason for recording your guitar tracks to a stereo track instead of a mono one? Sounds good by the way.

I purchased some OwnHammer IR's and imported them. However I can't seem to get them into the Pro Convolver.

Is there a Reason why you record your Guitars to a Stereo track? Are you using a Di box to split the signal into a stereo track? I tried using a Stereo track and only one side prints. Please help me. Your tone sounds amazing. I Subscribed.

Would you mind sharing which SSD4 kit are you using and are you using different virtual mix rack settings than any of your previous videos?

S-Gear.. is it VST only, not standalone? I plan to purchase but does it mean I need to purchase a good DAW as well? Nice tutorial.

@@6oundStudio I'm getting better at it. Do you know how he is printing to a Stereo track? The only thing that I can think of is that he is using a Di box to split the signal. I wish could figure this out.

@@doublepedaler the signal from the guitar is always mono, but the track itself can be stereo. I use studio one, for example, and you can actually change every track from mono to stereo in one click. it's very good for lead stuff with delays and reverbs, but as for the rhythm stuff it's better to just track a riff a bunch of times for left and right channels

@@6oundStudio I use Cubase. I know how to make a Stereo track. I did that but when I went to record to the Stereo track using S-gear having one cab panned right and the other panned left for the one Stereo track it only prints to the left side of the track because I'm plugged into to channel 1 of 2 on my scarlet. I also know that normally you record guitars to a mono track then Doubling it or doing 4 tracks of rythem panning each hard left and hard right. The only reason in S-gear I wanted to record to a Stereo track is because in S-gear you can use 2 speaker cabs at the same time. I wanted to have one cab on the right and the other on the left. If there is a button to click to Change that. Do you know what it is?

@@6oundStudio Thanks for replying by the way. I really appreciate it. I just think The S-gear 2 cab option was meant to be recorded that way (to a Stereo track). Mr. Sonic drive won't tell me how he does it. There has to be a way. I'm going to keep Dic*ing around with it. Hopefully I'll figure it out. I also really like the THU-Slate guitar simulator. I'm a drummer first and foremost. I should just put a dam mic 🎤 in front of my Mesa 4x12 cab with my triple rec or my 5150. I've just been to lazy and also don't have a re-amp box. 😆. Anyways Cheers from Chicago IL. 🤘🤘🤘

Did you record through your Axe-fx direct? Since I noticed the DI tracks were stereo. Cheers for the video! Great as always.
