just want everyone to know mix it with a bit of almond milk and it tastes exactly like peanut butter. like omg its the greatest thing that ever happened
I HIGHLY Recommend the PBFIT!!! To lose weight & Build Solid Muscle, I Mush a 1/2 banana into a cup, and then I pour "Premier Protein" into a Plastic Cup add in 2-Table Spoons of PBFIT and 1-Scoop of Ground Flax Seed, and then I stir it with a spoon and DRINK.... It Tastes Delicious! I do this twice a day, this is my Breakfast meal after my Cardio and in the evening it is my POST ameal after lifting weights. Trust me, PBFIT is Wonderful, try this meal, Peanut Butter= Omega 6, Flax Seed (ground)= Omage 3 & fiber, Banana= Potassium, and the Premier Protein=GREAT PROTEIN.... I LOVE THIS VIDEO, made me hungry
The smoothie recipe on the jar is great. I add a handful of frozen berries and replace the half banana with a frozen whole banana. It's delicious. Also add a scoop with one cup of 4% cottage cheese, berries and a tablespoon of chia seeds for fiber. PB Fit rocks!!!
Hey, Tony: Here are the INGREDIENTS of the two most popular peanut butters (by units sold) in the USA: JIF PEANUT BUTTER (Smooth): - Peanuts - Sugar - Molasses - Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils - Mono-glyceride & Di-glyceride - Salt (Sodium 125mg) SKIPPY PEANUT BUTTER (Smooth): - Peanuts - Sugar - Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils - Salt (Sodium 150mg) I really believe that most people like Jif or Skippy peanut butters because both are “sweet” tasting (due to the high sugar content). Let’s face it -- even “pure” peanut butter is not a “health” food. But, the copious amounts of sugar added to products like Jif or Skippy simply does not make good health sense. From my viewpoint, products like Jif or Skippy are not truly "peanut butter," they are more like "peanut spreads." Here are the INGREDIENTS of two healthier alternatives: ADAMS PEANUT BUTTER (Smooth - unsalted) - Peanuts (Sodium 0mg) Although the “unsalted” version is difficult to find in certain geographical areas, most Walmarts sell the “salted” version of Adams peanut butter at a reasonable price. Bottom line, this is a jar of ground peanuts -- that's all -- no additives. TRADER JOE’S PEANUT BUTTER (Smooth - unsalted) - Dry Roasted Peanuts (Sodium 0mg) This product is somewhat similar to Adams, but instead of using oil-roasted peanuts, TJ's uses dry-roasted peanuts. I think there is a Trader Joe’s in Asheville. If you’ve never been to a TJ’s, Tony, get ready for an immediate shopping addiction. For years I’ve used TJ’s “regular” peanut butter (unsalted), and I find it very satisfying. However, over the past months, I've switched to TJ’s “organic” peanut butter, because it uses “Valencia” peanuts instead of “Virginia” type peanuts. I find Valencia (Spanish) peanuts a little sweeter and little nuttier than Virginia-type goobers. However, for people trying to kick-the-habit of sugar-ladened products like Jif or Skippy -- I recommend transitioning with TJ’s “regular” (with salt) peanut butter. STIR CRAZY Yes, both TJ’s and Adams peanut butters REQUIRE the one-time chore of “stirring” to homogenize the solids and liquids (that’s because they don’t contain man-altered “additives” like hydrogenated vegetable oils).Tip: After thoroughly stirring, just place the jar in the fridge, and the product will not re-separate. All things notwithstanding, a tasty PB sandwich is one of the original “comfort and convenience foods.” It is also a "safety" food, because, unlike tuna or chicken salad sandwiches -- nobody ever got sick eating a PB&J sandwich at a picnic on a hot August day. Just one other thing, Tony: If you like the taste and texture of whole wheat tortillas vs. two slices of whole wheat bread -- great. But, if you are using the whole wheat tortilla in lieu of whole wheat bread for dietary purposes -- nutritionists give the “healthier” nod to whole wheat bread, because two slices of WWB generally have fewer calories, less sodium and fewer saturated fats. I hope you don’t mind a little feedback from a subscriber who battles day-by-day and hour-by-hour with irreversible weight-related health issues. With kind regards, T. Phoenix, Arizona
+Thomas Ott For some reason my TH-cam spam filter blocked this comment initially Thomas. Thanks for the thorough breakdown of ingredients and other info. I always appreciate your input brother. TLG
I would be more interested in using the PB Fit as an ingredient in recipes as opposed to just eating it on it's own. You could have some significant calorie savings by using it to make peanut butter cookies, thai peanut sauce or a peanut butter flavored protein shake.
Wow, 5 year old comment. I don't care, I'll bring it back to life! This is why I am here, looking for ideas for using pb fit (and similar) in everyday kind of recipes.
What I do is use pb fit in protien shake. So my favorite protien shake is 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1 scoop of protien powder (I use muscle milk protien powder) 2 table spoons of pb fit Then fill it up with water an blend it. It tastes amazing!! It takes like smoothies and milkshakes you would get at resturants
@@annadavid9718 yeah its a very good shake. An yes you can mix protein powder an pb fit powder. Just depends if your a male or female an how much you weigh? Your weight an sex determains the amount of calories you need. If you need help finding a diet to follow I recommend looking up regminton James fitness. He's a fitness TH-cam who has done many many different diets. Anytime I need to loose weight I just follow one of his diets.
Good video, I saw this at Costco the other day and I'm thinking of switching to it. I lost 55 pounds so far, 20 more to go and I love peanut butter and this is a better choice. I'm gonna give it a try. Again good video.
Why does it say consume immediately on the label? I have to prep make my sandwhiches for lunch the next day, is it bad to eat it the next day after it's been prepped??
@tonyleeglenn go buy some peanut oil, add it to the mix with a small "pinch" of salt only to bring up the peanut flavor, not make it salty, and it'll most likely bring that flavor test up a few numbers. Peace
Has anybody ever stop to think about the garbage they put in un-natural peanut butter with all the sugar and perservatives to make it taste better with a long shelf life?
'Had to laugh when I saw the jar of Jif. My dad loves peanut butter but insists on Jif creamy and nothing else! Thanks for sharing. Thinking I might try this in smoothies as a protein powder alternative.
Another commenter asked what it would be like to mix some of this powdered peanut butter with Jif. That might be a good way to make low fat peanut butter that still tastes sort of good.
My fav was always Jif... but went I started going vegan and looked at the ingredients in Jif....I stopped buying it immediately. PBfit is the best!! My favorite thing with it, cut up an apple into bite size pieces. In a small bowl, add 2 tbs pbfit and 1.5 tbs of water.... mix to smooth consistency and then add the cut up apple. OH MY GOSH.... that is my breakfast. I also add to my morning smoothie.... come to momma!
Disagree with this review but that’s just MY preference. I far prefer PB Fit as it’s 90% less fat content and therefore not cloying like most peanut butters, has no artificial additives (unlike this man’s favourite) no oil, especially good when you consider that 90%+ regular peanut butters contain the disputable palm oil which is causing huge swathes of deforestation in the rainforest and in Borneo particularly where indigenous trees are being razed to the ground so this palm oil can be grown - causing devastation to local wildlife, especially Orangutans. It’s a double thumbs up for my waistline and my morals and ethics. I love it and bake with it, make smoothies, create treats like brownies and homemade flapjack type protein bars. Also makes a fantastic peanut butter cheesecake with much less guilt. I also love the chocolate and strawberry flavours which again, are all natural.
Are there other dehydrated PB products on the market? I tasted a mix of some type of product like this at a health meeting that a member brought for us to taste. It didn't taste like anything I'd use to substitute for PB. Maybe it would be OK in a recipe like smoothie or power bar. I did find a power bar recipe with this as an ingredient. So, I may try it if it's nutritious. But I can't find any information about how it's made. Most products that are processed, at best, lack nutritional value; at worst, they create a health risk. Remember margarine and decaf?
Carole. PBFit is made very simply in the following way. Real peanuts are roasted, and then pressed and ground into a fine powder. It's the pressing part that removes the fats and oils. A very simple, clean extraction of only the good parts of the peanut.
Art, it tastes fantastic when mixed with yoghurt. I use Greek 0% fat yoghurt, add 2 tablespoons of PBFit and eat. For an extra treat, try adding some strawberries maserated in agave nectar. Add the strawberries to the now peanut yoghurt and as an extra sweet treat, poor a tablespoon of the maserating liquor over the top. Just sooo amazingly good. 👍
Too much of a good thing is bad also. Honestly if it fits within your macros go for it but for me i love eating PB when im high 😂 and i do like 8 tablespoons which is 4 servings on jif so im going to try the powder and mix with almond milk
A little now and again - sure as it’s mono-unsaturated fat (the good kind) but at the end of the day, fat is fat and overall, not especially good for you in the amounts required to make regular peanut butter. Hope this info helps.
just want everyone to know mix it with a bit of almond milk and it tastes exactly like peanut butter. like omg its the greatest thing that ever happened
I have to try that now. Maybe that's the key - don't mix it with water.
JamSessionTV nice tip 💪
Mix in some ryse peanut butter cup whey protein and its nutella. The best
JamSessionTV .
but then You raise the calories , so might as well stay with regular peanut butter that taste much better
Man thanks for that tip. If its anywhere as good as peanut butter without the fat and calories its a WIN.
Well first of all i love his voice. If I were to snort a voice it would be his.
“If I could snort peanut butter this would be what I’d snort “😂 I died
Olivia Janine honestly I snorted as I laugh 🤣 while at work.

It’s lighter which I like!
Use it in a smoothie for a protein powder sub. It will completely change your green smoothies.
Corena Garoutte what kind of smoothies
Corena Garoutte like make green smoothies only and put pb peanut butter powder
I used it this morning for chocolate-peanut butter smoothie protein shake. It makes chocolate protein shakes so much better (with half a banana).
Store brands are the same as major brands but cost less and are manufactured by the major companies for the stores.
Thanks for being honest with this review :) I appreciate it

Have you lost weight with this mix? I am searching to see if it is safe to mix protein powder (keto) with PB fit. Any suggestions?

Probably really good for smoothies

Lovin the accent, thanks for review!
Your accent is everything✌🏾😊
Put that in a vatimaix with some other stuff. It'll be good. Or a Ninja. I got the Ninja, couldn't afford the Vitamix.
Maybe mix the PB fit with your Jif and cut your calories while getting more flavor...
@tonyleeglenn go buy some peanut oil, add it to the mix with a small "pinch" of salt only to bring up the peanut flavor, not make it salty, and it'll most likely bring that flavor test up a few numbers.

I'm going to try this with little honey mixed in

If jiffy is 10 then pbfit is a fuckin 8.5 I think its fantastic
How did they remove the fat?
how long will it keep? I bought a jar of the powder a year ago, and tried it 10minutes ago, and it seems fine.
good video!
I'm not sure, but I have one over a year old too, and it seems fine when I blend it into shakes.
i made a oatmeal/skim milk/PBfit cereal, and it tastes really good!
has anyone lost weight with the PBfit? just wondering.....
How can it be non GMO free, it might be GMO free but non GMO free means it contains GMOs?
That's how they get you
Hermetically sealed means vacuum sealed.
I mixed with water and it was great!
This stuff wrecks my gut. Threw out a near new bottle.
On my way to the store to get some Jif!
Is this to lose weight or gain?
love this stuff makes great pb pancakes!
Omg that's a great idea
Hehe peea-naut butter. I love his accent.

But isn't the fat in peanut good for you?
yes, but it's also where a good chunk of the calories are.
Yes make sure you turn the fat into energy and burn it off
Gamed FoLife the fat in NATURAL peanut butter is good for you, but hydrogenated oils also in regular peanut butter are NOT
