Fantastic song. It manages to be like good old synth wave while maintaining a distinct alien “Starwarsy” sound. This is exactly what I’d expect to hear in a sci-fi club.❤
This track encapsulates how the show boldly takes a different, unique approach to Star Wars and totally kills it. Both are perfect examples of how diverse the Star Wars galaxy is in terms of storytelling and thematic approaches; from it’s genesis it’s always somehow perfectly synthesized a ton of different genres, stories, and ideas, something that truly makes the galaxy ripe for narrative and thematic variation and one of the reasons it will always be exciting.

I forgot to also add Joel McNeely who composed the music for "Shadows Of The Empire", the 1990's SW multi-media project launched by Lucasfilm comprising of a novel, a comic book, a video game and the aforementioned soundtrack. It was supposed to also be a movie, but once George started working on the Prequels, the movie project was abandoned.

This show is so underrated. Everything about it is so amazing, of course there are some minor details that have issues but like for real this is the best show to come out since Mandalorian Season 1 (imo) I genuinely hope this series gets more viewers so it can be appreciated more.

This song is so cool. Radical, discordant, familiar and yet strange all at once. Perfectly fits the atmosphere of the episode/show. The music might be my favorite thing to come out of the post-Disney Star Wars shows.
I love how the visualizer to me, tells me exactly how the show is, notes sprinkled with intentional detail for us to take in, and the layers of it all for us to be grounded by it. Just as one song only to set the vibe and aesthetics of Niamos itself, to me this song is the perfect example of how to compose a song that not only fits, but belongs in the show it is made for. even as a cover, this song does so much for the show than any other music in SW since the original and prequel trilogies.

August 2024 unfortunately but man if it tops Season 1 hands down will be the best Star Wars content. And just think how season 2 could elevate Rogue One since it leads right into it
I was listening to this down in Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago. Weather was still unseasonably warm. Palm trees were swaying and I was in the 19th floor of my hotel. It fit. Haha
