    There is absolutely no point in KNOWING how an NPD afflicted former partner feels. Their feelings have proven unworthy of our consideration. They didn't, and NEVER will, give one flying f**k about anyone but themselves. Resist the temptation to think about them. You crapped them out of your digestive system. Leave them in their cesspool of immaturity. Not your problem anymore.

    Smear campaign or the real term is slander to get your focus good or bad focus they dont care as long as your attention is on them I love the way the original word slander is now called smear campaign but the slander is actually a blessing in disguise it's shows who your real friends and who the fake ones are and generally for many they find out they never had any real friends or family get rid of all them no contact heal learn become stronger move on

    My narcissistic boss used a sandwich technique to humiliate me on my last day at work place. In between praises, he belittled me as much as a person can. And it was likely a reaction to me not complying to his needs or giving him a response he desired in the end. He remain fixated on me throughout the working period. Was it a discard or a reaction to narcissistic injury
