Yep. It’s balancing on one little tire at that point and the dude pushing is using most of his strength just keeping it going forward. If it starts to tip over to one side it’s going to be extremely hard to hold it up without some help.
As person who uses wheelbarow daily, can confirm - it take a lot of core muscle strenght to hold it straight. Pushing it (once it is going) actually can be easy part here.
